위치는 최상이나 시설이 너무 낡고 스탭들이 친절하진 않음

너무나 좋았고 다음에 또 가고싶어요!!

좋은 숙소였다. 위치는 의료센터나 미술관 투어로 오기에 적합한 위치이다. 다 좋은데 휴스턴이 원래 그런 도시겠지만 차 없이 다니기에는 한계가 있다. 주변에 레스토랑, cvs 이런 편의시설은 거의 전무하다. 바로 앞에 파인아트뮤지엄이 있고 허만파크라 산책과 미술관 투어에는 정말 좋은 곳이다. 호텔 식당도 이용할 만하다. 호텔셔틀로 근처 3~5마일이내 이동까지는 가능하다. 다시 재픽업은 전화로 요청해야한다. 내 영어가 짧아서 아직도 궁금증이 완벽 해결은 안되었지만 시티텍스 같은게 뭐 추가 지불해야 하는 부분이 있는듯하다.

Great place to stay as we stay at the other Zaza hotel in Memorial city quite a bit

Positives: The location is the perfect spot to take a short Uber ride to all the major museums and the zoo. The beds are SUPER comfortable. The linens are clean and the towels are super oversized and soft. Negatives: Hallway cleanliness - The carpet on our floor hallway was in the need of a deep cleaning. There were numerous stains extended the entire length. This is the reason for a low rating on cleanliness. Common area bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. Odor - The shower in our room required that you get an instant shower when reaching in 3-4 feet while turning on the shower. This ends up soaking the bathroom floor. This is likely the reason the room had an off odor as the bathroom floor gets soaked. this is the reason for a slightly lower rating for the room condition. Off odors is allways a little concerning of mold. Valet parking - $59.00 / day plus tax is way too expensive to park a car. Welcome gift - They mention a welcome gift - I don't know what this is because we did not receive one.

I was there for the Beyoncé concert and the lobby was spectacular! The Yellow Rose booth, and the sparkling horse from the last concert was great for picture taking! All the staff was just so nice and accommodating.

Always a Fabulous Stay at Hotel ZaZa Hotel ZaZa never disappoints. From the exceptional valet and warm check-in to the thoughtful touches like chocolate-covered strawberries, Prosecco, and bedside treats, every detail feels personal and luxurious. Room service is top-notch, and the overall vibe is classy and inviting. Always grateful for the consistently outstanding experience.

The Zaza was fantastic from start to finish! They had unique and custom touches for the Beyoncé concert. Highly recommend!

This place was PERFECT for our Beyonce concert experience. Not only was the hotel chic and staff friendly, but they went above an beyond for guests going to the concert. Had decorations, special vendors and themed events. I heard it was the GMs idea, and kudos to him for making the beyhive feel special. Some of the rooms could use a little upgrade, at least our room seemed a bit dated.

Me gustó que te ponen servicio de café en la mañana en los pasillos y en la tarde servicio de aguas frescas y galletas. También que tienen transporte gratuito hasta 3 millas alrededor del hotel, nos ayudó mucho porque fuimos en época de lluvia. La atención del personal es muy buena. Está el parque y museos caminando. Muy buena opción para la zona de hospitales y museos

The restaurant was really amazing. The food was incredible. I was able to check in early which was great. They cut our room key off hours before check out so we couldn’t get breakfast. They tried to charge my card for multiple times for .85 which made my bank think it was fraud. All of this despite me asking for everything to be charged to the room. Their policy states that they charge you at check out but that is not the case at all. There was water damage and the 10th floor smelled like mildew. Also the AC didn’t work despite it being 91 in Texas. The pool was very nice. The restaurant was very nice. However, I would not stay here again. I felt like I was in their way and that they wanted me out.

Very chic hotel. A fruit and cheese plate arrived along with the bottle of wine on the night of my visit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean with nice amenities. There was a self-serve, free coffee bar with coffee, tea and snacks on every floor near the elevator.
