숙소는 좋았고, 발코니가 있어서 바람 쐬기에도 좋았고, 직원들도 너무 친절했고, 어디든 가기 편했습니다. 접근성도 아주 좋았습니다.

시드니는 이번이 처음입니다. 숙박 중에 발생한 일로 인해 나쁜 리뷰를 작성하게 되어 정말 죄송합니다. 처음 4박은 괜찮았는데, 5일째 밤에 호텔에서 긴급 상황이 발생했습니다. 정전으로 인한 긴급 상황이었습니다. 불빛도 없고 엘리베이터도 없었습니다. 호텔에 20시 30분에 도착했는데, 긴급 상황에 대한 전화나 메시지는 없었습니다. 호텔 로비가 갑자기 꽉 차서 너무 당황했습니다. 리셉션에 문의했더니 건물 전체 대피가 필요하다고 했습니다. 전혀 안내를 받지 못했는데, 이미 19시부터 대피가 시작되었다고 했습니다. 그래서 계단(11층)을 이용해 방으로 달려가 15분 정도 짐을 챙겼습니다. 그런 다음 짐을 들고 아래층으로 내려갔습니다. 리셉션에서 다른 호텔(꽤 먼 곳)을 알려줘서 22시에 트램을 타야 했습니다. 너무 피곤했습니다. 보상이 기대에 미치지 못했습니다. 비상시에는 다른 호텔까지 무료 셔틀버스나 무료 택시가 제공될 거라고 생각했어요. 그리고 혹시 다른 엘리베이터를 이용할 수 있을지도 모른다고 생각했는데, 그런 엘리베이터는 없었어요. 전반적으로 호텔 객실은 괜찮았지만, 비상시에는 정말 어수선했어요.

We really enjoy staying here, the staff are nice and helpful, the room is clean and spacious for two people, the kitchen is a bit small and unfortunately there is no drying rack, so it will be messy after cleaning all the dish.

I had an awesome experience at this hotel. You don’t have to wait till 14:00 to check in if your room is ready, I got lucky to have an early check in that I used to take a little rest after the long flight before exploring Sydney.

Service tidak bagus, diminta bersihin kamar, tapi tidak dilakukan banyak alasan. Akhirnya telepon minta handuk baru dan sabun tapi datang baru 30 menit kemudian setelah ditelepon lagi sambil marah-marah baru dilaksanakan. Hati-hati titip koper disini, orang receptionis cuek tidak cek no kamarnya untuk koper. Siapapun bisa ambil barang a ketukar. studio lumayan besar, bisa masak tapi dapur kecil sekali.

I had the most pleasant stay here, this accommodations went extra miles to cater everything I need: coffee shop, peddys market, central market, train stations, china town, harbour, bus stop, and whatever I need I can grab it near by! I would extremely recommend it to every one! And for sure, I will be back to stay here when I had a chance to going back to Sydney.

Hotel yang sangat strategis, hanya saja kebersihannya agak kurang namun overall oke sekali dan kami menikmati saat kami menginap disana.

Saya book untuk 2 unit apartemen disini. Kamarnya luas dan nyaman. Setiap hari kamar dibersihkan. ada mini. Kitchen dan peralatan masak sederhana jadi kami bisa bikin bekal selama jalan jalan. Lokasi hotel sangat strategis.

Hotelnya sangat strategis. sebelah paddys market dan dekat menuju darling Harbour. Kamarnya bersih, cukup luas dan ada kitchen jadi bisa masak sendiri.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city.

The rooms are great perfect for 4 peoples, location is perfect. Very close to Paddy's market, china town, and just 10 mins walk to Darling Harbour. But the check in time is so late around 2 pm and we already arrived from 8 am. There's no lounge to wait in the lobby so we have got to go to Starbucks to wait and rest.
