Dated under construction poor communication from hotel and expensive, restaurant was closed no notice

Room was cozy. It was very loud at times with many kids playing hockey in the hallways

Disgusting. Renovations. Hazard at entrance.

Staff are really friendly and polite and they wanna do everything to get you happy!

J'avais demandé un sofa et je l'ai pas eu dans la chambre initiale Mais il m'ont changer de chambre sans problème , mais vraiment pas confortable... Les images et infos devrais être revues car ma chambre devait avoir baignoire mais finalement non et on me dit que c'est la type de chambre...

Honestly - do not travel here right now. The building is under construction and everything is in disarray. And the room I booked, and paid for in full, over a month prior to our trip was not available upon arrival - despite my checking in the day prior. It was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a hotel.

The hotel is going through a major renovation. No where did anyone mention this in reservations. Main lobby was closed and an inconvenient area was used. very poorly signed for this. Our room had a blob of something on the floor which a cleaning person removed. He did a very poor job. It was noisy due to construction. I don't normally do a review, but I felt this time my wife and I would. This little getaway was to celebrate her birthday. Very disappointed, Gerrit

Enjoyed that it was conveniently located across the street from the casino

Horrible hotel, staff was rude and dismissive, we booked a room for 6 people and was supposed to have 2 beds and a pullout couch, the couch did not pull out so we only had 2 bed and the staff was refusing to acknowledge this. The shower in the loft did not have hot water, the sauna doesn’t work, the breakfast was gross and dirty cutlery.

Not what it was like compared to previous stays. Major renovations taking place. The Halls were filthy. Pool water was dirty, hot tub closed. Room description was not what we got. Description says jetted tub, bath robes. It was a basic tub, no robes. Only mirror was in the bathroom. Lamp switch broken and had to be unplugged to turn off and cord pulling apart. Had to ask for the breakfast tickets for the second morning. Told not to do or grocery shopping at the breakfast each morning. Will never stay there again. Very disappointed.

We were not told that there were major renovations happening. We were given a complimentary breakfast as an apology for the renos but the rest of the experience was lacking. Our bathroom door did not close properly. Our fireplace wouldn't turn on. The shower handle fell off when turned. There were no extra linens in the room for our pull out sofa even though we were clearly going to need them (family of 6!). I asked in advance for extra towels for the room and none were sent up. One of the railing on the second floor of our room was extremely wobbly. It made me quite nervous for the kids. The hot tub was closed. There was no soap in the change room at either the sink or in the shower on BOTH days that we went to the pool. The women that served us breakfast were very kind and helpful, but I found the rest of the staff to be cold. Overall it was very disappointing, we will not be returning.

It was clean and comfortable. The Bistro dinner was awful and service was poor, however the breakfast was delicious and the service great. We would stay again. Close to casino, Nordic Spa and shopping.

The signs directing people to reception are sketchy and unclear during renovation. Staff also made me feel unwelcome/unwanted

Propreté seulement ok. Du monde parle dans le corridor toute la nuit et le matin. La peinture est mal fait et plein de retouche de plâtre. Déjeuner devait être inclus et ce n'est pas le cas.
