전체 평가 및 리뷰 Sonesta ES Suites San Francisco Airport Oyster Point Waterfront

호텔 컨디션은 가족들이 지내기 좋았습니다. 침대 크기나 주방 시설, 벽난로가 있어 포근히 지내기에 모두 훌륭했는데 고속도로 차량 소리와 기차소리가 너무 가까이 들리고, 직원들이 요구사항을 다 해결해주지만 친절하진않아요. 특히 피트니스 시설이 공사중이라 이용할 수 없는건 좀 기분 나빴습니다. 매일 운동이 필요한 가족이 있어서 피트니스 내용 확인하고 예약했는데 도착해서 체크인할때 알려주더군요. 바로 옆에 같은 계열 호텔이 있는데 연계도 안해주고. 조식은 매일 같은 메뉴로 식빵, 베이글, 팬케이크 셀프기계, 스크럼블 에그와 소시지, 요거트 2종류와 오렌지 바나나 끝. 7일 같은 식사에 나중엔 그냥 객실에서 해먹었습니다. 10점 만점에 5점 주고싶어요.

Our deposit is not refunded even after 8days and the front desk person just transferred mumy call to automatic voice message. It is so uncomfortable.

Rooms were very clean. Not enough staff at all. Broken elevators. Had to rescue my son and other people from the other not broken elevator. No garbage in the bathroom, that was awkward. All staff was rude because they were all so harried and busy.

Great little suite with a kitchen. Pool was heated just enough. Breakfast buffet was decent with a pancake machine. I would definitely stay again

It was a good place

The hotel was dirty. The hallway was dirty. The room was dirty. There was pubic hairs in the bathroom floors. The bathtub was dirty. The hotel was very unkept. The pictures online were not the same as the actual hotel room. It was horrible. I would have rather slept in my car. I wish I could have been refunded for this day. This is the most horrible hotel that I’ve stayed in in years I would never recommend this property or go back to this property ever.

It wasn’t what we expected on the inside.

No hacen limpieza más que cada tercer día. Hay que estar pidiendo que lo hagan y que den toallas limpias. El desayuno demasiado básico.

Appreciated the kind lady at the front desk that made us feel welcomed.

Employees were great. Breakfast was nice. 4pm check is awful and paying to park at the hotel is ridiculous.

The property was perfectly clean. The staff were impeccable and the views were grear. A bit close to the train line but not a big problem.

It's a nice location

It was very nice there. We weren’t welcomed by the staff / front desk when we initially arrived which was kind of off putting, but later they redeemed themselves and were chill about the pool closing time. It said it closed at 9pm but was open well past 10:30pm which was awesome after our hike in Yosemite. Highly recommend for couples who want a nice, quiet stay.
