수영장이 넓어서 좋았습니다. 아이들과 가기에 적정합니다. 성수기에는 사람이 너무 많아 선베드며 조식 먹기에 정신없고 시간이 걸리는 편입니다

Tillräckligt många solstolar. Dålig kvalitet på frukosten. 2 av 3 hissar fungerade inte i byggnaden och tog man trappan istället så hamnade man i byggarbetsplatsen. Gymmet var för varmt och luktade rök.

Easy to reach from the airport, its seafront location is certainly worth it, but not all of the property offers such a view and tranquility. The pool view, and the outdoor pool itself with its pool bar, are also very beautiful. It's a shame that the children's pool with slides was under renovation and wasn't disclosed when booking. The indoor pool, a very pleasant temperature and a good size, was probably too chlorinated for hygiene reasons. The outdoor children's play area could easily be improved. The linear and spacious rooms, with a nice bathroom, require significant soundproofing. The noise from the hallways and outside is very loud. Those with rooms overlooking the pool/play area will be even more affected, as it's a very busy common area. The bed is large and comfortable if you like a firm mattress. The balcony is a delight. The breakfast is good and varied, in a space that offers a lovely veranda overlooking the sea and pool. An excellent way to start the day. Cleanliness could be improved, both inside and outside the room (in both cases due to dust), but there was a nice clean smell in both the common areas and the room. The common area with the bar and entertainment was very noisy...you must really like it. The staff overall was very kind and helpful, knowledgeable, and ready to offer any kind of advice (thank you so much, Jorge). The location was excellent for amenities and for lovely walks. The beaches are wide and you can easily choose between public and private

Veldig lytt ut til gangen. Bråkete hotell med mye fyll til tross for at det var mange familier med barn. Frokosten var bra.

Buenas ubicación. Buenas limpieza. Pero el personal de recepción mucha dejadez. El personal del buffet muy amable y atentos al igual que el club infantil ( super majas). El estado de la habitación bien. Se ve ya un poco obsoleto pero el colchón es cómodo. Lo único la habitación que nos todo para 3 personas era un poco pequeña. No podías abrir la nevera porque la puerta está instalada al revés y al estar la cama supletoria era imposible. La piscina climatizada demasiado pequeña teniendo un espacio tan grande en esa habitación. También muy profunda y entiendo en cuenta la edad de los niños que había. Con respecto al buffet los desayunos y los postres una maravilla. Pero en las comidas flojeaba un poco. Poca variedad para niños. Todo muy repetido. Ojo, se escuchan los avionesbñ ya que está cerca del aeropuerto. En general un alojamiento correcto

Very nice ans family friendly hotel. Very conveniently placed with a backdoor to the beach. The childrens water playground in the pictures was under construction or maintenance during out stay but our child 8 years old enjoyed the arranged activities, the other pools and the beach😍 We will definitely come back!

Our room was junior suite frontal sea view, was so perfect except we didn’t had a bath towel when we get in the room but we asked and given..and dirty bedsheets from previous occupants as left in our wardrobe and not taken away until we checked out at our last day,staff was so polite and kind..pool didn’t manage to swim as weather on and off..

Såååå mycket störande oljud på hotellet, poolområdet och på rummet. En del av hotellet renoveras och ett hus bredvid hotellet där jah hade fönster mot renoverade gården från 7 på morgonen till 17. Jag kunde varken njuta av balkongen eller ha fönstret öppet. Det blev tyvärr ingen avkoppling. Personal på restaurangen och baren och poolområdet får vara lite mjukare och trevligare.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Food and drinks were good. Only negative was that we weren’t notified of the main pool closure before we arrived, but would definately stay here again.

Hotel nuy viejo y fakta de mantenimiento. Ruidos aacc calefacción insufrible. Comida buffet mal cocinada y sabores no conseguidos. Y falta de alimentos por no reponerse

Very friendly staff at check-in and in restaurant. Room was too cramped for 3 people. Big mix up with couscous instead of gluten free quinoa, could have been disastrous

Alt i alt en kjempefin opplevelse for familier. Service, mat, personalet, bassengene, underholdning og aktiviteter. Kidsdom for barn var veldog bra!
