전체 평가 및 리뷰 Sercotel Arenal Bilbao

Hotel ruidoso: Se oye mucho la calle, pero sobretodo las otras habitaciones y las puertas cuando se cierran de golpe. Habitación y baño pequeños pero normal estando en el centro. El armario ropero está muy pero que muy mal pensado: No hay estantes, sólo colgadores, de forma que no hay manera de colocar ropa interior, camisetas, etc. Anécdota: Cuando hicimos el check-in, la recepcionista quería escanear nuestros DNI a lo cual nos opusimos. Insistió en que era obligatorio y que "era para la policía", a lo cual respondí que no había ninguna ley que obligase a escanear o fotocopiar el DNI, que sólo obligaba a los establecimientos a tomar los datos. Claro, como les toma más tiempo meter los datos, prefieren escanear el DNI y ganan tiempo. Pues se tomó su tiempo pero no escaneó nuestros DNI. Si váis dejando que os escaneen el DNI o Pasaporte, luego no lloréis si os suplantan la identidad y convierten vuestra vida en un infierno.

Very good service close to everything

It was perfectly situated for walking. The room could have been cleaner but it was comfortable and quiet when we closed the balcony window.

Ein gutes Stadthotel, durch die sehr zentrale Lage natürlich nicht komplett ruhig nachts. Aber das weiß man bekanntlich vorher. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were very accommodating.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights .. A very beautiful hotel everything was very good quality.. The staff were efficient and friendly . Only minor gripe the WiFi would not connect to my devices .. breakfast was continental which was fresh and plentiful

EXCELENTE UBICACION, STAFF MUY AMABLES

The hotel is centrally located at the old town. It’s very convenient to get to and depart from. The room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Door to the room was not fitted properly, leaving a large gap between the door and the floor. We were also opposite the breakfast room. We could hear any noise anyone made on our floor or in the reception. We were so bothered by the inside noise, we didn’t notice much of the street noise. The windows from the room were part covered by an awning, so to see anything we had to duck. The woman at the reception was very helpful and pleasant. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone given our poor experience.
