Hotel sin ninguna modernizacion de hace mas de 20 anos, todo esta viejo, huele a guardado, no hay mas servicio premium en en piso 14, las televisiones no funcionan, los tapetes estan sucios, etc, etc, quizas FUE antes algo grande, pero ahorra NO ! desayuno mediocre y precio altos por venezuela... desconsejo

O hotel, com certeza, foi um hotel de luxo há algumas décadas, mas hoje ele está um pouco decadente. Ainda assim, vale muito a pena. A localização é excelente, e as condições ainda são boas. Fica em uma região segura, o atendimento é bom, e, considerando o preço que você paga por um hotel desse nível, realmente compensa. Os quartos são grandes, espaçosos, a cama é confortável, e eles mantêm todo o padrão de um quarto de luxo. Claro que ele está um pouco velho, um pouco mal cuidado, mas nada que comprometa. Se você estivesse pagando um preço muito alto, aí sim não valeria tanto. Mas pelo preço que se paga, vale totalmente a pena. Eu recomendo

This is meant to be a five star property but instead you get one star service. There are no bilingual staff here, so should you not speak Spanish and you have any issues you will have problems. The building is showing it's age and basic amenities such as internet are not great. Even the TV in the room required updating and maintenance as it had horizontal lines throughout. This brings me on to the main issue of this stay, which was maintenance. Although the hotel sent two emails on the actual day of arrival (one in Spanish and the other in English) stating the opening times of all their facilities. NONE were available due to maintenance being carried out. You would think having two pools for example, that you split when you close either but not here. Didn't even stay the full duration and rebooked into another hotel. Bad experience and definitely not returning

Faltaban a diario las toallas y el agua de botella, el internet pésimo, reportas cualquier inconveniente y no te resuelven sino después de 24 horas, muy deficiente

I got poisoned by their food. They wanted me to pay myself for a doctor after been intoxicated with Hotel’s food. The hotel offers rotten food. You should not promote this hotel.

Great atmosphere with a very helpful and friendly staff. The fixed issues very quick and were very polite. The hotel’s cleanliness was marvelous and the room service was outstanding. Very happy to have stayed there.

O quarto é bom. O atendimento também é bom. Entretanto o bairro é muito inseguro. Achei 3 baratas transitando junto aos alimentos no restaurante.

Sólo estuvimos una noche en el hotel, me pareció elegante y de muy buen gusto. Habitación y baño muy confortables y decorado con muy buen gusto. Cenamos y desayunamos en el restaurante, todo exquisito. Sin duda volveríamos al hotel.
