Great management and so kindness caring. Especially manager!!

This is not a 5 star hotel. Very dated. Rooms are not clean and smell musty (like wet towels). The bed skirt had a large stain on it. Breakfast was just ok. Staff are not very accommodating. There are a couple of exceptions, but most of them are not professional. The location was good. Close to center without being in the middle. 15 minute ride anywhere.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with clean, comfortable rooms and an incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Tiago at reception was especially impressive—he spoke three languages flawlessly during our check-in and made us feel so welcome. For my husband’s birthday, the hotel surprised him with a beautiful chocolate torte and a bottle of champagne, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. And lastly, the buffet breakfast was quite simply the best I have ever seen or tasted. The selection, quality, and presentation were incredible! We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel!

The Hotel was very nice. The people were very professional All Temp. The breakfast was amazing and the bars and restaurants were great!

Tycker de hade kunnat informera om att de går shuttle buss från hotellet in till stan var 30 minut. En bra service som hade varit ännu bättre om de informerat om att den fanns vid incheckning.

Ótimo atendimento de toda equipe. Ótimas instalações. Café da manhã muito bom. Tem um SPA excelente. Oferece transporte apara alguns sítios sem custo. Destaque para assistente Daniel que faz a diferença ao servir o café da manhã. Está a altura de um hotel 5 estrelas. Super recomendo !

The hotel is dated but is being kept the best it can be. The staff is very friendly and accommodating for the most part. The restaurants staff is beyond slow and food is mediocre at best (tried 2 restaurants). Not what one would expect from a 5 star hotel.

The hotel was excellent and is centrally located so it’s easy to get downtown when you want to and out to the other town such as Sintra and Belém. We were there at the same time as a large conference, so the hotel was pretty packed, but even then the staff was excellent and worked through it.

This was a great discovery in Lisbon, the restaurants were outstanding. The hotel amenities were fantastic. But I Have To Say. The staff was outstanding. Every single person was friendly, and professional Which is elevator the whole Experience

Lovely hotel and rooms. Olvera restaurant and bar were wonderful.

Diego and Ana at guest services were amazing in their help, information, bookings and friendly attitude, always with a smile. Hotel security were great in accompanying me to another room on my last night. Loved the pool and the view from my room. And the shuttle to downtown was so convenient.

The hotel was a 3.5 star property. Staff was very nice and helpful. Not too convenient of a location. I have stayed two times at their London property and was expecting something close to that fantastic property. They need to rate their properties so people know what class of hotel they are going to to.

Gorgeous hotel with lovely staff! Pool great, too! Good if you are looking for a city break, or proximity to airport, but location is a bit more challenging for sightseeing.

Location. location and location right neext to Sete Rios train station and Jardim Zoológico Metro, so only 10 minutes from Lisbon central. The lifts take a while to get used to, however you do not have to wait too long as they intelligently assign you a lift dependent on your destination. The rooms are excellent with a comfortable bed, efficient air conditioning and very proficient cleaning staff. I cannot recommend the breakfast enough, by far the best hotel breakfast I've had well worth the money with the share quality and quantity of options, from Jamon cut from the pigs leg fresh to omellletes made to order, to genuine FRESH orange juice and REAL back bacon, save room for the fresh pastries. The concierge service is knowledgeable and actually helpfull. It's my 3rd stay, highly recommended, you get what you pay for and if you value quality, then this is worth it. P.S. Their is a LIDL 5mins from the hotel so you can save on the mini bar.

This property was absolutely amazing good location, amazing amenities, and very friendly helpful staff . Joao the front desk agent really made our stay . We will definitely be back . Thank you .
