Great management and so kindness caring. Especially manager!!

The service at this hotel was top notch. I felt like royalty. The room was clean, bar well stocked and restaurant had excellent food. My stay was only for one night so I wasn’t able to enjoy the spa but I will return.

Shuttle bus into town is great!!

Wunderbares, sehr sauberes Hotel. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Shuttle Service in die City - toller Service. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful, especially Daniel who worked in the Sky Lounge. Rooms are immaculate and clean, as is the rest of the hotel. Not located in town centre, but easy to get there by the free shuttle offered by the hotel, which is every half hour and super useful. Highly recommended.

The hotel was excellent. The staff, from the porters at the entrance, the check-in staff and the dining staff were very personable and helpful. The accommodation was beautiful. We were not able to use the spa benefit, but it was a nice option. There is a Metro stop a five minute walk away, which is very convenient. We would return to the Hotel Corinthia again.

Hotel espetacular, várias opções de restaurantes e todos com comida maravilhosa. O jardim e a decoração do hotel são absurdamente maravilhosos! Hotel totalmente kids friendly, equipe preparada para lidar com os pequenos e muito amorosa em todos os detalhes. Apenas a área piscina precisa de um cuidado a mais e uma renovação. A academia e spa são espetaculares! Com certeza voltarei!

Hotel antigo, situado numa região afastada do centro de Lisboa. Quarto confortável, ótimo café da manhã, cama excelente, limpeza adequada e atendentes educados. Porém, está muito datado e envelhecido, precisam fazer uma renovação. Exceto no local do café da manhã que é um espetáculo, nas outras áreas do hotel e no quarto você não se sente num legítimo 5 estrelas. Foi uma experiência satisfatória mas sem sofisticação, portanto eu não voltaria a me hospedar a menos que fizessem um retrofit robusto.

3 restaurants and nice spa. Close to train and metro stations

I had a very disappointing experience at the Corinthia Hotel in Lisbon. This is clearly a property geared toward large tour groups, which makes the lobby consistently overcrowded and the check-in process extremely slow. In my case, check-in took over 30 minutes. Due to a national train strike, I arrived a day late. While I understand policies are policies, I was surprised and disappointed that the hotel would not offer any refund or accommodation for the missed night, especially given the exceptional circumstances. To make matters worse, the hotel misplaced my luggage upon arrival and it took them nearly two hours to locate it. After a wonderful trip across Portugal, this was a poor way to end my journey. Overall, the lack of flexibility, the inefficiency, and the impersonal nature of the service left me with a very negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a smooth or accommodating experience.
