오래된듯한시설이지만넓어서좋았어요 근데왜슬리퍼랑물은1개씩만준비해주는지ㅡㅡ 그라시아거리5분거리 까사바뜨요5분 까사밀러10분 카탈루냐광장15분 다 걸어다닐만한좋은위치예요ㅋ

Alles war toll die Lange, Hotel

Location. Good service. Place and room a bit dated but acceptable. Stayed 10 nights at prestige room. Is a big room with extra large bed. The toiletries are good brand. Sad window views. only one single seat instead of a sofa as pictured. Can hear the motion sound of train at times and my next door is a service room so there's a lot of noise at times. One or two mosquitoes. Toilet has gutter smell at times but a flush will stop it. Breakfast is good and service crew there are always friendly and helpful. Lots of good food restaurants around and shopping.

とても快適な滞在でした。シャワールームに設置してあるシャンプーが簡単に壁から落ちてしまいましたが、まあ、許容範囲です。 他の設備に不備があっても、すぐに対応してくれました。 機会があればまた利用したいです。

The property was great, the staff was friendly, professional and made our stay warm and welcoming. Convenient location. The crew at CRU was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. But please be aware of your surroundings as pick pockets are rampant and give the Barcelona a bad rep. We were victims to it. Renaissance Barcelona is wonderful and would highly recommend it

Great hotel! Very clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice. It’s in a pretty good spot for walking around and sightseeing too.

Localização fantástica, funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos, mas o quarto fica a desejar quando liga a torneira da pia afeta brutalmente a água da ducha de banho, travesseiros ruins e me deram um quarto de canto que para ver a tela da Tv tinha que ficar de lado do resto tudo muito bom e a garagem não tem manobrista e para estacionar é muito apertado.

We very much enjoyed our stay!

We were so pleased with this hotel. This was our first trip to Europe ant the staff was so friendly and helpful with everything - restaurant recommendations, getting taxis, answering questions, etc. it’s location was very central to everything with much within walking distance. Felt very safe.

Die Kaffemaschine war nicht gereinigt und hatte noch die Kaffeekapsel der Vorgänger drin. Das Bad hatte überall Haare am Boden und im Lavabo.
