Lo único que realmente fue excelente fue la atención y servicio del Sr Lesmes 

We did not stay at the Royal Tanau as it was closing for season end, but we were relocated to the Eurostar La Pleta, which was amazing overall.  Very nice service, every detail very well looked after.
