The location is good, close to the train station, many restaurants, shops, etc Service and breakfast were excellent. Just one downside: I stayed in room 402 which just next to the entrance door. I couldn't rest well due to the sound of the door slam every time people coming in or out. Suggest the hotel to improve the seal of the room or setting the door closer to be softer.
