카펠교 걸어서 10분미만이라 좋고 깔끔한편입니다.

깨끗하고 루체른 역에서 가까워서 좋습니다.

스위스 숙소들이 비쌌던 것에 비해 저렴하되 5성급의 호텔답게 좋았습니다 ^^ 네스프레소 커피머신이 제공되어 커피도 방에서 타먹을 수 있고, Lift도 제공되어 편하게 캐리어를 올릴 수 있었습니다. 방도 넓고 방음도 잘 됐습니다.

중심가에 자라잡혀 있고 기차역 5분거리 호텔스타일 툭이하다 직원 찬절하다 후회하지 않아 깨끗하다 넓다

객실 현대적이며 매우 안락하고 청결하며 위치 또한 기차역에 가까워 이동이 편리하다 아침 조식 또한 심플하지만 맛나고 훌륭하다. 또 방문하고픈 호텔이다.

환상적인 객실 디자인에 새로운 세상에 온것 같았습니다. 또한 너무 친절한 직원들의 서비스에 100% 만족합니다. 다만 객실 내부에 조명이 약간 어두운것이 단점... 지하의 식당도 최고..전반적으로 10점만점에 9.9점!!!!

기차역이나 메인 관광 포인트인 구시가지와 완벽하게 가깝다고는 할 수 없지만, 10분이면 닿을 거리에 있어서 여유있게 걸으며 다니기 적당했습니다. 서비스는 모든 직원들이 친절하고 사명감을 갖고 응대해줘서 좋았고, 객실 내 편의 시설들도 좋은 편입니다. 프랑스의 유명 건축가 장누벨이 방마다 조금씩 다른 컬러와 인테리어로 디자인하여 소품이나 디자인이 좋았으나, 3일 정도 묵다 보니 오렌지 컬러의 방은 조금 피로한 느낌이 있기도 하네요. (취향에 따라 다를 수도). 조식은 재료, 요리 솜씨 등 좋은 편입니다. 나름 유명한 레스토랑이 딸려 있어서 그런지 정갈하고 입에 잘 감깁니다. 단, 뷔페식이 아니라 테이블로 서빙해 주는 식이어서 내맘대로 마음껏 먹기에는 뷔페이 비해 아쉬운 점은 있습니다. 추가로 먹고싶은 걸 더 달라고는 하지만, 그것만 계속 더 가져다 달라고 하기에 좀 미안합니다. 물론 친절해서 당연히 누려도 되겠지만요. 4성급으로 충분한 서비스와 시설을 갖추었고 만족스러우면서도 유럽의 아날로그적인 감성이 배어나는 4성급이 아니어서 조금 아쉽기도 합니다.

The A/C wasn’t working, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep at night. We went to Pfistern for dinner, but they said they didn’t have any reservation for us, even though the hotel had assured us they called. Anyway, overall it was just an okay experience. The staff was friendly, though.

This hotel was amazing. It was very clean. More than that the service we received was exemplary. We hadn’t booked parking as we thought it would be available. The staff made extra effort to find parking with their sister hotel. Even did valet service for us by, as we found out at checkout, the GM Marc himself! What a wonderful hotel! I would recommend to any family members traveling to Switzerland.

Service by staff was impeccable but no hot water for a full day so couldn’t shower after full day of activity and felt grimey so I have mixed feelings about this hotel.

Ein wunderbares Hotel, wenn man auf Design steht. Genial. Einzig vom Frühstück war ich enttäuscht, das einem 5* Haus nicht würdig war. Doch das neue Restaurant HATO entschädigte dieses Manko des Aufenthalt vollends.

Property and room was beautiful. We had wanted to extend our stay and had to make second booking for a different room. The general manager, Martin, noted this and reached out and managed to arrange for us combine both bookings and stay in the same room for both days. This made it a lot more convenient as we didn't have to deal with two different bookings on each day. Love the attention to detail by the staff.

The hotels is a very nice hotel in prime location. However, I have to state both positive and negative aspects. Positives: Great location Friendly staff Room with a design. Negatives: Small room size. No place to sit in the room except the bed and one chair. Very dark room. Airplane bathroom. No lobby except the desk of the reception. The hallways between rooms are less than 1 meter wide which makes them very unpleasant place to walk.

The staff gave us suggestions for places to tour while in the area. Then unexpectedly, my wife had a medical emergency and was admitted to the hospital. The staff assisted me with taxi transportation, and because my reservation ended, and there were no more rooms available, they arranged for me to move to a lovely nearby hotel, moving my luggage for me. Amid all of this they did not forget to inquire about how my wife was feeling and they also gave me a much-needed umbrella late at night.

The staff are amazing they are friendly and very helpful.

Emplacement top, pas de parking, mais stationnement facile proche de l'hôtel. Chambre spacieuse et deco branchée et moderne. Personnels tres accueillants.

Hôtel complètement sur évalué, jamais il mérite 5 étoiles, la suite n'est pas une suite tellement petite, pas de rideaux aux fenêtres, stores défectueux impossible de fermer la vue directe depuis la rue. Nous avons été obligés de demander un remboursement total de la la réservation et avons trouver dans l'urgence un autre hôtel. Le design est pas mal, mais le niveau de propreté totalement négligé. Les communs sont pas du tout à la hauteur d'un hôtel 5 étoiles, ça ressemble à un 3 étoile et encore. Bref nous espérons que la direction de l'établissement saura prendre les mesures nécessaires.

It was a good stay. Location is good. Less lights but that is their concept. Rooms are. Or child friendly.
