Wonderful locatiom

Staff were very accommodating. Room was excellent and breakfast options plentiful. Would definitely recommend.

We checked in at 2 pm, and 20 min after I complained about the air conditioning and the staff told me she would call the technician. 1:30 hours passed without any notice. I went down to the reception and I requested to change the room and she said the hotel was fully booked. We continued in the room waiting with terribly hot weather and when the technician came he said that AC was working after the filter was changed but that never happened. We lost 4 hours of our only 1 day in Bruges without any explanation or solution to the problem. We couldn’t go out because we were afraid the AC would not be fixed after walking around since the reception is only open until 8 pm. I decided to check out and I reserved another hotel for 1 night and the lady tried to convinced me to stay without any confirmation or guarantee that the AC will be fixed. Finally I went to another hotel. I understand that it can happen, but the issue was how they approached the situation . If I hadn’t been doing the follow-up, nobody would tell me anything. I do not recommend this hotel.

Clean room, amenities are good, location is convenient to everything.

The building has a character and charm, while the amenities are modern. At only 20 euros, a buffet breakfast includes a variety of cold and hot dishes, nice choice of coffee and tea, and even champagne. The location is as central as one can imagine. The staff is lovely and helpful.

We stayed for three nights in a basic room but this was more than adequate. Very comfortable bed and a good size bathroom. The hotel is very nicely decorated. The breakfast was very good and staff filled up things regularly. Located centrally in a really good place to explore and an underground car park 5 minutes walk away.

Prima locatie in het centrum van Brugge. Kleine kamer, maar netjes. ijskast functioneerde niet. bar ging om 20:00 uur al dicht. Ontbijt is prima verzorgd, vriendelijk personeel en parkeren aan de overkant is een pre.

Good location for exploring Brugge, parking right across the road and it was secure. Room was nice and a large shower room with great shower. close to bakeries and bars

Muy confortable hotel, muy bien situado cerca de la plaza principal y de parada de autobús para llegar fácilmente desde la estación de tren. Cumplió con las expectativas de un lugar cómodo y limpio para pasar la noche sin complicaciones ni costos elevados. La habitación tal vez un poco reducida, pero práctica para una sola persona, contaba con todo lo necesario incluyendo refri, tetera, caja fuerte. La cafetería OK ya sea para bajar a tomar café o sentarse a trabajar si así fuese requerido como era mi caso.

Great hotel,location is perfect,3 mins walk and you’re in the square,staff very attentive and rooms were spotless,excellent breakfast to start the day,highly recommend

I absolutely love this hotel. It was in the perfect location. The price was the best around for the date I traveled. It has elevators and covered garage parking across the street for a very reasonable rate of $25 a day which was cheaper than in town to park all day. Charlotte was amazing as I arrived late and she made sure I had everything I needed. She also personally walked me to the garage and helped me get my car settled. The room was spacious, beautifully bright beautiful window nice view and just an overall lovely stay. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for making my trip so Enjoyable!

Clean and quiet hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. Great breakfast at reasonable price. Definitely recommend this hotel

The state was fine. Room was cleaned, breakfast was very good. Only criticism I have of the experience is that the lounge is closed when no one is at the desk, and there is no seating at all in the hotel outside the room.

Very central, polite staff, has parking. Some rooms on the ground floor but noise not an issue

Placed on the GF, right between reception and the smokibg area. So noise all the time. People amoking could aee directly into the room, curtains were also broken so didnt cover the full window. On arrival the lady was amazing, when i complained aboyt the above, the guy just said sorry and went about his day. Didnt help me at all. At 6am i got up after maybe 3 hrs sleep. Dressed and left.
