Charged minibar that I never used. Even the minibar charge has happend when I came back home. I send them e-mail three times but they didn't try anything to explain what has happened but just let me to understand. I booked lot of hotel and resort for more than 10 years but I had never experienced this kind. It's five star resort they said but after came back home they chaged their attitude like a rougue. So disappointed. And I'll never go this place again, and have will not recomend this resort to anyone.

Great hotel but in a not so private location. Beach is somewhat underwhelming with the boats and views of high risers.

The hotel is so beautiful. Outstanding breakfast and the most wonderful staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay go smoothly. We arrived ridiculously early in the morning yet our room was ready and we were able to check in.

One&Only è tra i top resort nel mondo. Grande stile, cura dei dettagli, personale gentile e disponibile e strutture sempre posizionate in maniera impeccabile. Non certo a buon mercato ma la qualità vera si paga. Ottima esperienza.

Rooms are a bit dated, but the hotel itself is impressive, so well maintained and beautiful. Staff is very attentive and kind. I would always come back to this property.

We had a mix up with the room on arrival, we were given a twin room instead of a king bed. It was easily fixed.
