이불커버속 솜이불이 누렇게 변질되어 있는 상태에 커버만 새로 끼워둬서 청결상태가 별로였어요 그외는 다 좋아요

It was good stay

Everything is clean and comfortable. But. Enterance doggy is so pity. That dog can't see sunshine without when he(she) checking cars. He just staying Dog House. I don't know Egypt culture but I thought it was so pity. When i arrived through UBER and saw that, I was so shock.

이집션 직원들의 접객 태도가 좋치 않음.

호텔 자체는 좋습니다. 객실도 크고 룸청소도 하루 두번씩 해줍니다. 청소를 자주해 주고 지나치게 친절한 것이 오히려 부담스러울 정도입니다. 다 좋지만 조식은 그리 훌륭하지 않습니다. 서양식을 좋아하는 사람은 좋겠지만 메뉴 자체가 따뜻한 음식이 적기 때문에 그리 입맛에 맞지 않았습니다. 재료들은 훌륭한 편입니다. 위치는 주변이 정체가 되니 좀 힘들고 전망이 시티뷰일 경우 동물원이 보여 별로입니다. 현지인이 이 가격이면 더 전망좋고 싼 호텔로 가는 게 낫다고 하더라고요. 룸에 있는책상이 의외로 일하기에 편했습니다. 아쉬운 점도 있지만 훌륭한 호텔입니다.

I stayed for just one night at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence and had a wonderful solo experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease from check-in to check-out. My room was beautifully prepared, quiet, and very comfortable — perfect for a restful night. The hospitality truly stood out, and even in such a short stay, I felt the warmth and professionalism that make this hotel special. I look forward to returning for a longer visit in the future!

My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence was absolutely exceptional. What impressed me most was the outstanding staff — professional, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. From the reception team to housekeeping and dining staff, everyone carried the genuine warmth and excellence that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The dining options were excellent, and the service in the restaurants reflected the same high standards of care. Overall, it was a flawless experience that combined comfort, elegance, and world-class hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo and will certainly return on my next trip.

Very large rooms . Quality thru out as expected . Staff incredible friendly and courteous. Front Desk and concierge staff superb . Very very glad the hotel provides airport car pickup and visa obtainment service upon arrival . Spa and gym very nice facility .

Hotel is wondrful

Amazing views of the Nile the pool and the dining options including their own boat moor d on the Nile with 5 different restaurants including a pizza spot. The rooms and hotel and service outstanding as Four seasons always are!

The room at the Four Seasons Giza was wonderful - well-maintained, fantastic bedding, and broadly up to the standard expected of the Four Seasons. However, the factor that remained memorable from our stay was the concierge Salemah. She was outstanding. Like the very best concierges around the world, her brand of anticipatory and proactive service delivered in a warm, friendly, guest-focused way distinguished herself and the Four Seasons. She did not wait to be asked for help - she sought out how she could find solutions to an issue we were having (an issue that had nothing to do with the hotel and that she had no obligation to assist with) and leveraged her capabilities to find ways to help us. She was a credit to herself and to the brand.

The team was incredible in providing the best possible service. Mahmoud the concierge was a lifesaver and even provided logistics support when we were outside the hotel without data service. Fully recommend this Four Seasons.
