이불커버속 솜이불이 누렇게 변질되어 있는 상태에 커버만 새로 끼워둬서 청결상태가 별로였어요 그외는 다 좋아요

It was good stay

Everything is clean and comfortable. But. Enterance doggy is so pity. That dog can't see sunshine without when he(she) checking cars. He just staying Dog House. I don't know Egypt culture but I thought it was so pity. When i arrived through UBER and saw that, I was so shock.

호텔 자체는 좋습니다. 객실도 크고 룸청소도 하루 두번씩 해줍니다. 청소를 자주해 주고 지나치게 친절한 것이 오히려 부담스러울 정도입니다. 다 좋지만 조식은 그리 훌륭하지 않습니다. 서양식을 좋아하는 사람은 좋겠지만 메뉴 자체가 따뜻한 음식이 적기 때문에 그리 입맛에 맞지 않았습니다. 재료들은 훌륭한 편입니다. 위치는 주변이 정체가 되니 좀 힘들고 전망이 시티뷰일 경우 동물원이 보여 별로입니다. 현지인이 이 가격이면 더 전망좋고 싼 호텔로 가는 게 낫다고 하더라고요. 룸에 있는책상이 의외로 일하기에 편했습니다. 아쉬운 점도 있지만 훌륭한 호텔입니다.

The Four Seasons provided an exceptional experience. The staff, including the housekeeping and front desk personnel, were attentive, courteous, and welcoming. The dining experience at their Nile boat was delightful, with delectable cuisine that I frequently enjoyed. Ahmed, along with another gentleman and a young woman who I believe was the host, provided exceptional service. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and would rate the entire experience a perfect 10 out of 10.

Very nice hotel with beautiful accommodations and friendly staff. We booked a room for two adults and two children that was advertised as accommodating four guests. However, the room had two twin beds that were quite small and realistically could not comfortably accommodate four people, especially if your children are older. The hotel did provide us with one rollaway bed, which was very helpful and appreciated. Just be aware that although the room is listed for four guests, the bed setup may not be suitable for a family with older children. Besides the bed situation, the hotel is beautiful and the staff was very kind and helpful.

This is probably the nicest place to stay in Cairo at this time. It's closer to Giza than the other major hotels on the other side of the river. The breakfast buffet is awesome - make sure to try the Fava bean thing that you dip pita in, you have to ask for it. The pool is nice (though it's freezing cold for some reason). Everything is very tired, the rooms, the common areas, the decor, the pool chairs, the cabanas... so it feels more like the three seasons than the four seasons, but compared to the rest of Cairo, this does feel like an oasis and I was happy to get back to the hotel. I recommend a room facing the pool. The pool is between the hotel and condo towers and therefore protected from the constant street noise. Dont worry about nile views, it's nothing to see, and I think some rooms advertise pyramid views but you won't see them with all the smog. Also, know that the river boat is kind of a joke, it looks like an 1980s casino boat or something and the food was mediocre, no one else was there, just eat in the hotel. We had a suite and it was enormous, with two bathrooms a living room and a dressing area, and the A/C worked super well and was quiet. If you are going to Cairo, Id recommend staying here.

Staff are frequently described as attentive, professional, and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, elegant, and larger than many city hotels. We have rooms that overlook the Nile, especially at sunset.
