이불커버속 솜이불이 누렇게 변질되어 있는 상태에 커버만 새로 끼워둬서 청결상태가 별로였어요 그외는 다 좋아요

It was good stay

Everything is clean and comfortable. But. Enterance doggy is so pity. That dog can't see sunshine without when he(she) checking cars. He just staying Dog House. I don't know Egypt culture but I thought it was so pity. When i arrived through UBER and saw that, I was so shock.

이집션 직원들의 접객 태도가 좋치 않음.

호텔 자체는 좋습니다. 객실도 크고 룸청소도 하루 두번씩 해줍니다. 청소를 자주해 주고 지나치게 친절한 것이 오히려 부담스러울 정도입니다. 다 좋지만 조식은 그리 훌륭하지 않습니다. 서양식을 좋아하는 사람은 좋겠지만 메뉴 자체가 따뜻한 음식이 적기 때문에 그리 입맛에 맞지 않았습니다. 재료들은 훌륭한 편입니다. 위치는 주변이 정체가 되니 좀 힘들고 전망이 시티뷰일 경우 동물원이 보여 별로입니다. 현지인이 이 가격이면 더 전망좋고 싼 호텔로 가는 게 낫다고 하더라고요. 룸에 있는책상이 의외로 일하기에 편했습니다. 아쉬운 점도 있지만 훌륭한 호텔입니다.

Instalaciones viejas pero con buen mantenimiento.

The staff were all exceptionally welcoming and kind. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. Dinner at Zoe was delicious.

Went for the first time to Cairo, had our doubts but soooo worth the visit. If you get the chance to upgrade the room to suite do it. We stayed at a suite with garden, zoo and pyramid views breathtaking. The service is exceptional, the room service meals amazing. Well worth the price. Would stay there a million times more. We were sooo sad to leave. They made our stay unforgettable.

Quartos grandes e confortáveis. Estilo clássico impecável. Banheiro excelente! Ótimo serviço de room Service e restaurantes. Piscina aquecida.

best personal . In our experience, this hotel was like a gem amidst the pollution. Excellent and attentive staff. They surprised one of our companions by sending him a birthday cake. Thanks to the hotel management.
