Excellent in everything

The staff were very attentive.

We were delighted with out stay - from the check-in to the Manager (Michelle) checking in to see if there was anything we additionally needed. From Benson and colleagues at the door through to the restaurant - one of out best stays ever. Great team and can recommend the Sunday Roast lunch as well - just perfect.

The entrance to hotel is very narrow and not easy to get out of. A fridge in the room would have been nice. Thought English breakfast expensive at £35 pp. Staff we exceptionally friends and attentive. Lovely pool, but Jacuzzi was out of action.

I loved this hotel. The staff are particularly warm and friendly. I was holidaying with my baby for the first time which can be stressful as a new mother. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate with zero (ostensible) judgment or concern. I wondered if choosing a Relais & Châteaux property would be a mistake with a 6 month old but I needn’t have worried. Everyone was wonderful. Beautiful grounds. Great food, and a fabulous room which they kindly upgraded for the duration of our stay.

Amazing service in a beautiful setting

The property is peaceful staff are friendly helpful the food is good but if you want basic food you will have to go out for it our Room was nice i felt the bath/shower needed a hand grab for safety only a hand held mirror to shave in no fridge but otherwise for a different experience we found it v/good you get what you pay for.

Beautiful setting, great service and lovely staff

This is an upmarket hotel but NOT adults only and is also pet friendly. So if you want tranquility around the pool area (which is normally lovely) you may well achieve this or on occasion you may find children playing in the pool, a random cat which people obviously feed and on one day a dog running around off a leash. Not easy to relax when a wet muzzle could be in your face at any moment. It is also worth mentioning there is no air conditioning. However if you don’t mind all of that, this is a truly, truly fantastic place. The employees are simply excellent - attentive, professional, courteous, thoughtful and proactive. Food and wine is extremely good. Dinner has a limited menu but only an issue if you stayed for 8 nights like we did. Having some of these dishes more than once is hardly a problem though! You get what you pay for - this is a very expensive venue, especially if you choose to eat and drink here a lot but it is high end and we will absolutely be back. Ps some other reviews mention hot rooms and road noise - we experienced both but it did not detract from our enjoyment. Fans are provided in the room and a day in the fresh air and plenty of vino ensured a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep !

Enjoyed every moment! Super comfortable amazing service and food

Excellent, everything amazing! Only observation is they should offer free snacks when they serve pre-dinner drinks, maybe peanuts or crisps. They do offer bread sticks or olives, but charge for them.

The team at the hotel really friendly and nothing was too much trouble, really would recommend 👌

Outstanding experience

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Longueville Manor and the 5-star service goes above and beyond most people expectations. We had exceptional and very enjoyable experiences for anniversaries and family relaxation times. The Manor provides pure indulgence and extreme satisfaction what ever your taste is. Highly recommended.

It is not just a hotel, it is also an experience. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. Having had the pleasure at staying in the best hotels this country has to offer which are described as perfect, then this hotel has found a level that is one higher than perfect. All staffs eye for perfection was unsurpassed. The fine dining restaurant was superb and the 6000 bottle wine cellar along with their sommelier will provide a wine to every taste. If you go to this hotel, you will not be disappointed.
