Our stay at The St. Regis Venice was absolutely fantastic. From the start, the staff was so helpful and attentive, ensuring that every detail was perfect. We requested connected rooms, and not only did they accommodate this, but they also gave us an amazing upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the entire hotel had a warm, elegant atmosphere that made us feel instantly at ease. We also arranged a private transfer through the hotel, and it was completely seamless. The third-party company they worked with was excellent—professional, punctual, and exactly the kind of high-quality service you’d expect from a hotel like this. Every interaction with the staff was lovely, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making our stay special. From the smooth logistics to the little thoughtful touches, everything added up to an amazing experience. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Pricey as expected but accommodation and services didn't meet accompanying expectations.

Very beautiful, luxurious yet comfortable hotel

The property was immaculate, a few from our terrace was stunning, and every single staff member was kind, pleasant and super helpful.

Breakfast was amaizing. your two bar was exellent. and The location of the hotel is very convenient. my only complain is we stayed room 4327 and all the pillows was not smeling good please check .

We stayed at the St. Regis for 6 nights in July for our second time. It fully lived up to our high expectations, and the hospitality/service was even better than the last time. This is THE best place to stay in Venice, and the location is unbeatable. Special thanks to Andy and Adriana at the front desk for taking care of all of our requests and for going above and beyond, Veronica at breakfast for her warm hospitality, Alessio at the dock for his helpfulness, Mahaman and the house keeping team for their attention to detail, and to the entire team at St. Regis for making our stay so enjoyable! We hope to visit you again soon.

Everyone was so nice and our room was magnificent.

I was disappointed in the hotel facilities. I thought this was going to be our favorite hotel. We paid the most for the rooms and wanted it to be a great experience. However, it just wasn't. We just felt like the service was not up to par and the rooms were insufficient. The bathrooms were uncomfortable and we could mot walk past our bed without hitting the tv. While we were in our terrible room, the ceiling began to leak and flooded the floor. A repairman was sent to fix it while we were in the room. We asked to be moved and the hotel did comply and gave us a nice gift. The restaurant at the hotel was very nice on the water but when my son showed up in flip flops, we were initially turned away. Overall, I felt like the facility was old and dated, took tol long for checkin and rooms were small and uncomfortable. Location was good, but likely would not pay that price again for the same experience.

水上タクシー乗り場があるから、空港から直接ホテルへ向かうことができる。スタッフ対応も素晴らしい！ 改装後のため室内も綺麗、ウエルカムドリンクやフルーツが部屋に用意されていて感動した。 是非、朝食のブッフェは食べてほしい・・本当に全て美味しくて（特にトマトとフレッシュチーズ類）最高でした！ ベネチアに行くなら絶対泊まってほしい。
