I stayed this hotel about 20 nights for business travel. Overall impression is that I cannot recommend this hotel for business traveller and/or person who is vulnerable to noise. This hotel is pet-friendly, which means a little bit messy and noisy to travellers without pets. I could hear dogs bark and howl all the time. The most significant problem to me was noise. Whole building is wooden and non-soundproofing. I could hear all the noise from the next room, people talking, telephone ringing, tv sound, and even marital sound. I had to use earplugs all the time. Staffs are wonderfully kind and friendly, though.

very helpful staff and quiet room

It’s just what I needed. Reasonable cost, clean, and perfect for sleeping after hanging out with friends.

My room was clean, the place is close to a shopping center, the staff are all friendly and helpful, I was able to cook my meals.

The room was clean and I really liked the mini kitchen. The bathroom had rusty stains on the baseboard, which was curling away from the wall and in the toilet, which made dripping noises all the time. But I shut the door while I was sleeping and couldn’t hear it. The bed was comfy and had pillow choices. Breakfast had a lot of options and was good. There’s some good options of walkable restaurants and a Walmart next door and Safeway and King Soopers are about a mile on either direction. All staff I encountered were very nice and seemed to really like working in the hospitality. I’d stay here again.

This is a run down property. Wouldn't stay here again. It wasn't awful, but not worth price.

The front desk service was great. Breakfast was hot and what we expected. Decent. The rooms are very dated, in need of repair and updates and smelled moldy. But....I wanted a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen and living room and not many places offer that. It was close to everything so great location.

Room was dirty at check in. Changed rooms but bed was still dirty (sheets were not clean) mold on the shower curtain. Asked for clean sheets and was told there was no housekeeping. Checked out early due to these issues and still have not received my refund or any communication from the hotel. Very disappointed as we booked a Marriott thinking that it would adhere to a high standard

The hotel needs a good maint plan lots of broken trim drawer banged up elevator that makes all sorts of weird noises but room was clean and cool

Had a great time.

In general, I think the place served its purpose and the staff was amazing. However, the room was dirty with details like scuffed walls seemed wiped down with a cloth versus thoroughly cleaned. We had three people staying in our two room suite however we only had 2 cups and an adequate utensils. We had a kitchen but no bakeware for the oven. There were dongs in the walks and greasy finger prints on the don’t knock it door sign.

They could fix there internet access. Everything else was good

This place is a great value. It’s nothing fancy and could use some upgrades, but it’s hard to beat for the price in that area.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The property needs some updating, maybe some fresh paint and a little landscaping.

Nice place and nice property.. clean space and quiet. I enjoyed my stay!
