전체 평가 및 리뷰 Principado Downtown

방 소음은 상상이상으로 심함. 방 상태도 좋지않음. 부에노스아이레스 전체적인 호텔이 다 비슷.부케부스 이용할 계획이면 위치는 훌륭합니다. 조식은 나쁘지 않지만 자리가 협소해 사람이 몰리면 기다려야 할 수 있습니다.

A hospedagem foi excelente, quarto bom ,confortável, limpo todos os dias, café da manhã bom. Hotel bem centralizado perto da Florida. O único ponto ruim, foi que quando cheguei para fazer o check in a minha reserva não estava registada e eu já havia pago antecipadamente no aplicativo do hoteis.com e eles informaram que a empresa não havia repassado nada, fiquei temerosa pois já era tarde da noite, mas depois de muito esperar e envio de e-mail, consegui efetuar o check in.

Ótima localização. Muito bom custo benefício

My trip was going well until I had a hotel staff (receptionist) ask me if I had a room there and what is my room number. I've stayed in thousands of hotels, I've even worked in a 4 star hotel for 9 years and I've never been asked that question before. The Receptionist was a young male and as I was walking into the hotel the staff member (receptionist) with the security guard looked at me strangely. Then he (the receptionist) came running to me asking me these questions while I was going to take the elevator. I did feel disrespected but I don't want to pull the race card here even though I think that was the issue. Anyways people working in Hotels have to be careful of who they're dealing with. They don't know that I write hundreds of reviews per week and that I work in Aviation. I'm not going to give this hotel a bad name but they can do better. Like they say one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch!

It is a clean location near dining and shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful. So is the cleaning personnel The front desk rarely answers the desk. You have to call 3-5 times before someone answers. Breakfast is continental; Just adequate.

Estadia maravilhosa, serviço de primeira ,café da manhã maravilhoso, quarto limpo e espaçoso,super indico esse hotel

The staff were hospitable and willing to be helpful. The dark (black) hallways were indicative of what were portrayed as 'hourly' hotels in 70's movies. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the bathtub shower combo was hazardous. The breakfast was sparse at best.

I loved the breakfast, it was fresh every day. I wishbthey offered decaf coffee.

Otima localização, bom apartamento, cama confortável. A veneziana da janela estava emperrada e isso deuxou o interior do quarto vulneravel, dada a proximidade de outras janelas. Senti a falta de ter um cafe a qq hora ( com pagamento). O cafe da manhã é razoavel, mas o espaco nao oferece muita mobilidade. No geral, nos satisfez, ja que so usamos o quarto para banho e dormir

Property is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had 2 reservations with a 4 day break between them. Hotel allowed us to leave one piece of luggage behind at no charge. It is on a quiet street with no noise. Highly recommend.
