킬라니호수 북측 언덕에 위치해 호수측 객실전망과 호텔앞 100미터에 전망대가 있어경관이 빼어남. 건물과 시설이 현대적이나 시내서 10여분 떨어져있는 것 외는 적극 추천함.

The staff were lovely and the food was absolutely delicious. We got a free toom upgrade which was a really thoughtful touch and was so appreciated. Some recommendations- the room was a little cold and took some time to heat up. As well as this, the temperature of the swimming pool was quite cool ttoo.

The doorman Brendan was very helpful. Took us into town in the hotel van and pointed us in the right direction for dining options. All the staff were very nice and accomodating. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable.

We stayed for three nights at the Aghadoe Heights Hotel and Spa while visiting Ireland for our milestone anniversary trip. I can not say enough about the gorgeous views of the Killarney National Park from our hotel balcony! We could have stayed for a month and not gotten tired of the beautiful lake and mountain scenery! There was a bit of miscommunication between hotel.com and the front desk about our reservation but we were able to get the lakeside room we had specifically booked thanks to the helpful check-in staff. Julio at the front desk also offered free mocktails at the restaurant for our anniversary which was very nice of him (as we didn’t drink the Prosecco usually offered to couples). The hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Each day, the breakfast buffet and selections from the a la carte menu were varied and delicious. One evening we ate at the Heights Lounge and Piano bar and the other two evenings we explored the town of Killarney and ate at a Kebab place and the Genting Thai restaurant. We also hired a private tour driver Mary G to take us to the Ring of Kerry which was a wonderful experience. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel for its service as well as its wonderful location and recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you.

Superb. Such a calm hotel even though it was fairly fully occupied. We had a wonderful room with balcony overlooking the lake. The bed was so comfortable. Great bathroom too. Excellent food. We ate in the Lake Restaurant where service, presentation and food were first class. Also ate in the bar restaurant which also was of a high standard. We will be back here again

We were so excited for our stay here and it was a great experience start to finish! By far the nicest hotel we stayed at during our road trip around Ireland. The room with the lake view was absolutely incredible. This is a great location for visiting Killarney (very easy to drive to if you have a rental car). Even walking around the grounds is beautiful. It was relaxing & scenic. Our service at the bar at the end of the night was sub-par (slow service + a lot of dirty tables not being cleaned off). The breakfast included was top notch - high quality & great offerings - don't miss breakfast! For US-based travelers though I would caution the 5-star rating as it is a bit different than a 5 star US hotel. It was still clean & very nice with upgraded amenities vs other hotels we stayed at in Ireland, but it a bit dated.

The hotel, facilities and room were excellent. The breakfast was very good. Our dinner meal was very disappointing. One of the worst salads I have ever had. Perhaps just an off night.
