Happy with : Great service, awesome foods, friendly staffs, nice spa, wonderful pool, and the best gym in Panama... Not that happy with : Location. The hotels is little far from the center of city.

전시 행사장 Atlapa convention center가 가까워서 아주 편했습니다.

방은 방음 잘안되어서 옆방 소리 다 들리고, 체크인하는데 30분소요되었음. 주변엔 볼것도 없고.

공항과 멀지 않아서 좋았으나 도심과는 다소 거리가 있어서 관광하기에는 과히 좋지 않음

전시회가 있어서 파나마를 방문하였고, 쉐라톤 파나마 호텔 앤 컨벤션 센터 를 호텔로 예약하였다. 전시회장에서 멀지 않은거리였고, 호텔내 편의시설 또한 만족하였다.

Great stay. Stayed for 7 days, I would highly reckoned this hotel. They have a 24 hour restaurant. And the location is convenient, we were only 5/10 min from where we were ubering. Also they had security, I felt very safe!

Imposible to lower the Air conditioning, the Hotel set up to 69F , there is not conectors for usb chargers or C cable, the refrigerator is lock with a key and imposible to use it, the hotel staff is very good

Our stay was exceptional overall, and we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service across the property was very good. We stayed in room 1122, and while nothing took away from the quality of our stay, there were a few maintenance items worth noting. The iron in the room was not working. The AC vent made unusual noises when set on a low setting, which may require routine maintenance. The toilet tank’s internal rubber components appeared worn, causing a constant flow of water, and a few lights in the room were not functional. That said, housekeeping was excellent. The room was kept very clean, well organized, and consistently refreshed, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good and well prepared, but adding more variety from day to day would improve the experience, as the menu remained the same each morning. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. With a bit more attention to routine room maintenance and a rotating breakfast menu, this hotel would easily be top tier. Best Staff so Kind.
