방의 청결상태가 너무 안좋았습니다. 벌레도 너무 많고 청소도 안되어있고 심지어 거미줄까지...

가본 중 최악의 호텔이네요. 객실은 너무 좁아서 여행가방을 침대에서 열어야 하고, 욕실은 마찬가지로 너무 협소함. 인터넷은 공사중이라 안된다 하고 타월조차 구비되지 않은 준비 상태. 퀘퀘한 냄새까지 최악이었음. 3박 값 고스란히 다 내고 그냥 친구집에 얹혀서 잠. 이런 호텔은 expedia에서 미리 걸러내야 하는 거 아닌가요? 신뢰가 확 떨어지네요 참 내..

위치는 좋았으나 가격대비 시설이 별로 좋지 않고 바로옆에 기찻길이 있어 소음이 심함

Hotel que entrega exatamente o que promete, como está no anúncio. Elevador bom, que é essencial. Ar condicionado funciona bem. Cama confortável. Banheiro bom. Quartos dos fundos tem barulho do metro, mas não nos atrapalhou dormir. Não tem café. Limpo e não tem cheiro de cigarro.

Don’t waste your money….too many better options. Stayed for 2 nights…. The front desk staff was not friendly but Alexandra was especially unpleasant. We were supposed to get two bottles of water in the room and didn’t. When we asked about it….Alexandra was extremely rude and said there was nothing she could do about it. TV didn’t work and she said there was nothing she could do about it. Rooms were very small. On the positive side, the hotel was cheap, located a block away from Earls court tube stop, and room was clean. I guess you get what you pay for….if you like rude front desk staff then this is the place for you!

Slitna rum, fläckiga heltäcknininsmattor, trångt badrum, stopp i handfatet, väldigt trånga korridorer och jättemånga dörrar. Klaustrofobiskt.

The hotel was clean and the location was very good, close to underground, shops and restorants. I am not happy of the room we got as I have paid for Double superior room and the person form the hotel gave me a standard double. The excuse was that there isn't another bigger room, as other people did the check in earlier. The check in was starting from 2pm and we did the check in at 2ish pm. Basically they gave our room to someone else and then we ended in a standard room. The person didn't really care about the situation. I wasn't happy of this service. But the hotel is good and it is great value for the money.

The floor was cracked and creaked, there was no elevator, overall it was fine. Good customer service

Clean hotel with easy access to the tube and everything around London had a lovely stay. Only down side was the breakfast and the fact the lift wasn’t working so we had to carry our suitcase up 5 flights of stairs. Also decor abit dated.

Great locatio close to shoping restaurants and the subway friendly helpful staff

The girl at the front desk was not ver y helpful and looked like she didnt like her job. Rooms are small, no help if traveling with medicine that needs refrigerating, they dont have minifridge in rooms
