따뜻하고 정중한 스텝들과 역사가 느껴지는 웅장한 호텔에서의 정말 특별한 경험이었습니다. 리스본에 가게 된다면 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 호텔입니다.

Everything was perfect except the interiors became old. Room, breakfast, services, locations are great. People were nice and helpful. Good hotel.

It's a classic hotel, older than 100 yrs, with classical decor. The location is great, and the breakfast place makes you feel like a king. Once you learn that this hotel used to be THE meeting place of numerous spies during WW II, the hotel feels even more special.

위치! 신트라행 기차가 출발하는 역 바로 옆에 있으며, 트램 지하철 택시 버스 모두 가까이 있고, 왠만한 관광지는 도보로 가능하다. 대로변이어서 시끄럽지 않을까 염려했으나 창문을 닫으면 전혀 소음이 들리지 않았고, 침구와 매트리스 매우 만족스러웠다. 그러나 오래된 건물! 오픈 당시에는 상당히 럭셔리한 호텔이었을 듯하나 지금은 어쩔 수 없이 낡고 바랜 느낌을 준다. 대신 도착당일 얼리체크인, 무료 업그레이드, 무료 조식 서비스, 수시 하우스 키핑 등 부가 서비스가 뛰어나다.

위치는 좋고요. 오래된 호텔치고는 깨끗해요. 확실히 인테리어가 고풍스러운 멋이 있어요. 하지만 아주 깨끗한 곳을 원하신다면 조금 더 생각해보세요. 어매니티는 몰튼브라운이었고, 직원들 친절도는 문 앞에서 열어주고 닫아주시는 분들은 친절하시고요. 리셉션에 있는 남자분은 그냥 그래요. 아! 조식이 맛있습니다. 특히 하얀색 멜론이요. 진짜 최고였어요.

호시우역 바로 옆에 위치하여 주요 관광지로 이동이 편리했습니다. 직원분들이 너무 친절하게 응대해주셔서 즐겁게 숙박했습니다.

Fantastic staff and concierge. Not only helped with restaurants and sights, but also forwarded forgotton medication to our next stop in portugal. Anove and beyond service. Also the bar is a great quiet option for evening drinks. A bit of a hidden treasure.

Could not fault this hotel at all. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast superb. Very clean and daily complimentary gifts were very welcome.

There is not a thing I did not like about the Avenida Palace. The staff here are super friendly and helpful especially the concierge. Outstanding complimentary breakfast! The hotel is in an ideal location for quick walks to local eateries, sites and shops.

Overall great experiences. Room is classic. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet is superb.
