전체 평가 및 리뷰 Best Western Plus Langley Inn

주방시설이 있어 요즘같은 코로나상황에선 호텔에서 밥을 해먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 쇼핑몰, 한인마켓등이 다 가까이에 있어 편리했습니다!!

아이 둘과 갔는데 편안하도 깨끗하고 좋았어요 무엇보다 시내에 있어 접근성이 무척 좋았습니다. 다시 간다면 또 묵을 생각이네요

출장으로 3일간 지냈는데, 전반적으로 깔끔하고 직원들은 친절했습니다. 바로 옆에 식당도 있는데 괜찮았구요. 무엇보다 조식이 포함되서 좋았고, 실내수영장의 핫텁과 수영장 물온도가 따뜻해서 좋았습니다. 수영장은 사람들이 많이 이용하지 않기 때문에 한적하게 이용할 수 있어요.

가격만 저렴한 호텔. 전날 투숙객이 남긴 양말로 시작해서 체크아웃도 하기전에 청소하겠다고 들이닥치는 직원들. 기본 교육이 전혀 되있지 않은 호텔. 무료 조식만 그럭저럭.

이런 호텔이 8점 이상의 평점을 받았다는 게 믿을 수 없다. 방에 들어가자마자 나를 반겨준 것은 전날 투숙객이 신고 벗어놓은 양말이었다. 체크아웃도 하지 않았는데 언제 나갈지 방문을 두드리는 어이없는 하우스키핑은 말도 할 것 없고 휴지 걸어놓은 것도 기본적으로 호텔직원 교육이 전혀되지 않았다. 베스트웨스턴은 직원 교육을 시키는 것인지 궁금하다.

Convenient location and easy parking

The check in/out attendants wete friendly and quick. The room was clean and esthetically pleasing but smelled musty and old. The walls are paper thin, could hear everything above us and in hall, and there were loud crashing noises in the wall that woke both our rooms up in the night. On top of an alarm being set for 6am from previous guest. Neither of our rooms had a very good sleep. The beds were hard so very sore by morning. The restless night made the 8 hour drive home difficult. The breakfast was great and much appreciated.

Well maintained and clean. Would book again!

Check in cookies a nice touch

Loved having a separate livingroom and bedroom. Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The Ricky's restaurant which is attached to the hotel seems to be have some issues with some of its beverages. Apparently, they have been out of most draught beer for some time.

Every exchange we experienced with staff was pleasant , we felt welcomed and appreciated. The rooms were clean and so comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, the breakfast room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant that is attached was great food. Lots of parking. The hotel staff was very accommodating to our large group as we got settled. Communication was fantastic. 5/5 stars

All good and safe very nice all ok

Staff were so kind and helpful.. Would have liked a microwave and coffee pot . The coffee pods were too watery..

We only stayed for one nigh. The room was ok and we had a very good breakfast. I would stay there again
