테이블 위에는 먼지가 많이 쌓여있었고 이불에도 먼지가 많이 묻어있었다 샤워하는 동안 물이 한곳으로 몰아나오지 않고 위 아래로 퍼져나와 물줄기가 약하고 불편했다

We stayed overnight in the hotel room and everything was perfect.

I live in Vancouver and had wanted to stay at the Delta so I could celebrate my big birthday. I let the hotel know and asked for glasses in the room. They had the glasses and ice bucket and a nice treat for me. The check in was quick and friendly Free parking. Had a fun evening dancing at Personas. Thank you.

The staff were a delight!!! Good all around. And for fine dinning, Atlas restaurant is a Must!!! Delicious food, very accommodating without a reservation, FYI, things would go smoother with a reservation 👍

We were on a corner on the 4th floor....there was a junior hockey team staying on the same floor...after a few hours drinking and gambling they hung out in the hall and slammed doors, very loud.....at 3;30 AM....i did my best to shut them up but they kept it up till 5am....the front desk was no help, saying the floor manager went up but could find nothing....i called the desk twice...got no sleep.

staff was amazing... shower had great pressure... loved everything but it did not have a hot tub which we did miss and would have liked in the hotel.

Front desk is amazing. They were able to accommodate early check-in. I just had to give up my king to go to two queens, which is okay. Thank you for my little treat for my birthday. Housekeeping was amazing.

Fun place with several restaurants in-house and a casino. Hotel is clean and modern.

Clean, comfortable room. Excellent check in service. A lovely room upgrade for my birthday and a large pink French Macaron, with a dark chocolate wafer that read Happy Birthday stamped on it. I will definitely be back...

Attentive staff

Hotel was nice overall and very convienant to the casino However I was kept awake with the big bang sound that would go off every time the heating would go on. Then the loud noise would stay whilst the heater was running. Now overly happy about this.
