Nice and clean

We have stayed here several times. Every time the staff gets ruder the last time. Beds are confirtable

Great stay and good breakfast. Waffle maker was a hit with my boys. Only down part was the pool was closed and they were looking forward to it..

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff friendly. Breakfast was nice as well as 24 hr coffee. Laundry facility was out of order which was the only negative I can say.

The AC was not working in one of our rooms

Quiet and close to shopping and freeway

Trash in the hallway, huge spider fell out of the ceiling tiles. They charged my card for a $100 deposit (room was fully paid for through expedia) and never refunded the deposit - I will be calling but overall would not recommend. Front desk staff was very nice.

Friendly helpful staff (left my car keys at the desk and they tracked me down). Clean room. Nice outdoor seating areas to visit. The booking info said made to order breakfast and being diaberic I thought maybe there would be chemical free lower caeb options. It's the usuual frozen reheated heavy carb breakfast crap no diabetic can touch.

I booked this room for my daughter and all she said was she didn't like the bed.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The place and staff were great. Very acceptable breakfast. While our car was safe we heard about a break-in.

The pillows and bedding were terrible quality. The lobby and elevator smelled so terribly - like body odor and animals. There was a dog barking next door to us. Do not recommend.

Was a good and comfortable stay. Proximity to dining areas and other shops make it really convenient to travel.
