베이사이드, 리틀이탈리아, 가슬램프 등 모두 걸어서 갈 수 있어서 좋았다. 바로 앞에 스타벅스가 있는 것도 좋았음 객실은 깔끔하고 좋았다

아침에 배달되는 조식-빵등 음료 있고, 도시중심에 있어서 이동하기에 편한 거 외엔 난방도 안 되고, 창문이 안 열려서 공기도 나쁜데 이불이 넘 더러워서 마음 편한 휴식이 어려움.

건너편에 공사중인 건물이 있어서 아침 7시만 되면 시끄러움ㅠ 조금 멀기는 해도 걸어서 리틀이탈리와 씨포트빌리지를 갈 수 있는 거리여서 위치는 괜찮았던 것 같음 길 건너서 스타벅스 있는게 그나마 장점.. 일지도...

Hotel worked perfectly for my stay. Room was clean and comfortable and a great location. Lots of restaurants I could walk to and also close to the trolley and the harbor. Staff was all nice and helpful.

Front staff was friendly and helpful. They always said hello to me when i walked through the lobby. The attached parking lot was very nice to have in a crouded city, although a bit expensive, ($30 per night) it was useful. Room was nice and clean when we arrived. I loved the coffee machine that was in the lobby that dispensed cappuccinos/ hot chocolate and coffee! The area around the hotel is very walkable with a restaurant next to the hotel and a Starbucks across. There are many restaurants and cafes just a couple minutes away and the ocean was about a 10-15 min walk. I would recommend this hotel to others, 5 stars!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The location near Little Italy’s restaurants and cafes was wonderful. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean, but the elevator and lobby area (where the non-working complimentary coffee and juices were located) needed some tlc. I was disappointed to find out that a complimentary breakfast was not offered, and was only offered off property.

Hotel has everything you would want and more. So many things to see and do in this area. Wonderful staff, very attentive and can’t wait to stay there again.

Beautiful place with amazing views and not to mention that the staff is extremely friendly. Definitely a comeback destination for us!

Property was close to train station and little Italy . It was also an easy walk to the Petco stadium. It only took us 30 minutes to walk there . Very close to water front 5 minutes walk . Would stay here again . Some of the streets did smell like urine especially by the train station as a few homeless were around there but you were never bothered by them .

Staff was very friendly. Room and hotel were clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was great. Good value. It's just a bit of an old hotel so don't expect sparkly new. We would definitely stay here again as a nice and budget friendly option.

Near the boardwalk and the bayside view was beautiful! I was able to see the ocean and ship from my hotel.
