The room was big and able to accommodate our group of 4 which was nice. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. The hotel was close to lots of things to be able to get around and get out for our first time in Canada. The room had a full size refrigerator and freezer and a stovetop with cups, plates, pans and utensils. The price was good even for it being last minute.

3 staff doing nothi g at breakfast ive NEVER had a pancake i could t cut through with a knife hard or NOT with a metal knife! We prechecked in as asked arrived at 330 for the poor staff check in giy to being yelled st as rooms werent ready for them and he was by himslf manager apparently off and no help we paid for a good room mirror above jacuzzi was dorry need i go on?

Staff, pool, hot tub, breakfast and 97 grill food was great. Melissa was a great welcoming waitress in the grill. Maria was a super hostess for Breakfast.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was that they advertised a hot tub. Nowhere on their website doesn’t say that the hot tub is located outside. That was disappointing for me because I will not go in a hot tub that is located outside when it’s -6°. I did like the fact that the showerhead was in the roof for us tall people. I did not have to bend over backwards to wash my hair. The placement of the toilet paper was awkward because it was behind you when you sat on the toilet. Overall, the hotel was clean and it was very quiet.

The room was ok. However we don’t know why every time we get a room booked through hotels.com we always get a handicapped room? The only problem we have with that is that everything is so low. Light switches, sinks, makeup light is super low and we got to be in the monthly rental part and not the actual hotel?

This was such a pleasant surprised! We are very happy with our suite! We definitely would stay here again. The breakfast was superb !! One of the Best breakfast we’ve come across!

The breakfast used to be the BEST! Great poolside eating area, excellent food and choices, OUTSTANDING. Unfortunately the eating area has been moved, and the breakfast is now only average. A pity. Bean counters at work - again…. Swimming pool is great. Large and indoor. Rooms - spacious, clean; good in all ways. I am a fairly regular customer, over the years, and was very DISAPPOINTED that my request (after a two night stay) that my request for a one hour checkout extension was REFUSED. (First refusal ever, at any hotel, over many years, at many hotels.) Not even an offer of ONE HALF an hour! And yes, I am a member of the Best Western Chain. This has been a favorite hotel for years; but I now will be considering alternatives…. Unfortunately
