The best breakfast and pet friendly

This hotel is a favourite with school age sports teams because of the pool and hot tub. But the rooms are all located around an atrium where the pool is. So, it cab get VERY noisy when teams are playing in the pool. The restaurant and bar are also in the atrium, so the whole experience is not very relaxing. As well, the pool and hor tub close early, 9pm, in order to keep noise down.

We really enjoyed our night at the best Western Village Park Inn. Staff was fantastic. Hotel and rooms very clean and they accommodated our request to stay beside each other. Thanks for a great stay

Fantastic continental breakfast, clean rooms and we really appreciated the free underground parking as a Best Western member (free to sign up).

Beat hotel in the Banff Trail collection near the university in the northwest. Great pool and hottub. Lovely beeakfast. Friendly staff

We stayed 6 nights. We didn't want the room cleaned on first day, but the room was not cleaned again for another three days. We had to actively find staff and ask to have it cleaned again.

Clean room

The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were happy with the free breakfast. It was much better than the usual continental breakfast available at some hotels. We ordered room service the first night and were pleased with the food we received. The shower was a huge disappointment. The shower head wasn't much above my 5'7". That I could live with that, but the water pressure was very low. I joked that it was a good thing I didn't have to wash my hair or it would have taken 20 minutes to wash out the shampoo. As well, there is a safety bar that the tub size is not made to handle. It was right at the level of my elbow, which I kept banging on the bar every time I moved. My husband was disappointed with the hot tub. First, it was very small. More the size for private use rather than hotel use. Second, it was disturbingly frothy, indicating an overabundance of human skin and body oils.
