The facilities were good. My kids and I enjoyed the swimming pool and the tennis court. The staff was very kind and the cleaning was also good.

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough - for several reasons. The biggest is the staff -they are incredibly helpful and friendly. Then, there is the food - wow - fresh and delicious and great choices - and you can "mix and match" from the restaurants as you sit on the patio enjoying great weather. The pool is beautiful and relaxing, too. Just a fantastic escape!

It’s a beautiful hotel. The facade of the Hotel needs a fresh paint. The hotel is a little bit dated. Needs an updated particularly the bathrooms. The staff was very welcoming and very relaxed. I like the fact they have fresh cold water, tea and coffee at the reception. The rooms were spacious and clean. The swimming pool was huge but they could keep it a little more clean same the jacuzzi, you can see the grease in the water. Very relaxing with beautiful vegetation and nature trees, we even spotted 2 eagles very gorgeous. The breakfast area was clean and I was expecting buffet style which you serve yourself, the person serving was very limited I have to keep asking for more… a little inconvenient sounds like I was begging for food. Exiting the hotel can be very challenging if you don’t have a car. Ordering a taxi can take forever so if you don’t want to wait you have walk some to catch a taxi on the main road which is busy area as well and that’s another wait. In general the experience was good and we definitely book again in the future.

El estado de las habitaciones es muy triste. Desactualizada, televisor en mal estado, mobiliario dañado, algunos tomacorrientes dañados, llave de la ducha dañada y ruidosa. La piscina nunca fue climatizada, los jacuzzi en permanente arreglo y cerrados. Aparente hotel prime, pero tristemente venido a menos. Y lo peor, el minibar con elementos viejos, pero con costos elevados. Creo que no volveré.
