직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 밴프 중심가 까지는 도보 10분이고, 가까이에 편의점, 주류마트도 있어요.

직원이 친절함. 방은 스위트를 썼는데 넓직하고 좋았음. 다만 창 밖에 환풍기 소리가 커서 밤에는 좀 시끄럽게 느껴졌음. 그래도 전체적으로 쾌적하고 좋은 호텔이였음.

Best steam room ever

Outside of the construction going on the stay was great. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful!

Property was undergoing renovation. Our room was on the floor that was newly renovated so it was quite comfortable and clean with new furnishings. The staff was kind and helpful. The gym is small and not been updated. We were on the ski hill most of the day so the renovation work didn’t really affect us. Overall, I think it will be very nice once work is complete.

Good price for the location. An easy 10 minute walk to downtown Banff. Pool and hot tub were clean. Underground parking is tight for a truck

Bit dusty and noisy due to renovation. Lots of people in & out of the hotel. But overall, it was an ok hotel

The location is perfect for the skiing shuttles without being overly busy in the morning. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and it’s an easy walk to the center of town.

Housekeeping did not know that there is a longer sheet to be used as the bottom sheet …bed was made without covering the mattress cover Had French toast for breakfast…served cold The construction area should be properly sealed Off…hanging two curtains that don’t meet doesn’t work….lots of sawdust in the air. Have stayed here approximately 10 times…. Don’t know if we will be back

Everything was great!

Check in was efficient and the staff was very friendly. They upgraded our room at no charge. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Location is great. Glad we stayed.

The pool and hot tub are great, so is the location. The rooms are spacious and a truck fits in the parkade.

Was a pleasant stay, rooms were clean and comfortable size for our family. Staff were very friendly, and the property was cleared of snow and ice making it easy for walking. The lack of dinner service until the 23rd of december as referenced on the website forced us seek food elsewhere, which was a bummer, but allowed us to check out other places. Was not clear nor informed if we could have been accommodated with lounge access but with minors, that seemed not possible. Family found the pool a tad too cold, especially the children. The hot tub was too slightly too hot for comfort, again especially for children.
