No daily cleaning in 4 days, which is too bad for a hotel at this price. And the basic facilities were costly for the customers.

Great location, great hotel lounge, bar… Map shows a different location 2 blocks off on the same street. Needs fixing

La struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione e la camera è essenziale. Quando siamo arrivati all'orario previsto per il check in la camera non era ancora pronta. Inoltre durante il nostro soggiorno (5 giorni) la camera non è stata mai rifatta se non l'ultimo giorno dopo svariati nostri solleciti.

Greit hotell med Ok håsvstand til sentrum. God frokost. Koselig å sitte litt i resepsjonsområdet på kvelden og ta litt drikke. Gode senger.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold her. Det eneste vi ikke likte så godt var den sene innsjekkingstiden kl. 16. Veldig gode senger, hyggelig personale og en utmerket frokost!

Réception pas au niveau, il a fallu 4 chambres, pour en trouver une correcte: poignée de fenêtre cassée (donc fenêtre qui reste ouverte), mauvaise configuration de lit (la réception n’a pas l’info apparemment…), chasse d’eau cassée finalement dans la chambre que l’on a gardée, et malgré un signalement, personne n’est venu la réparer. Bref, un accueil médiocre, zéro service. Le petit dej était bien.

Stayed 3 nights in a triple, one adult and two children. We stayed in the building across the street from reception and the restaurant. The room was basic but comfortable. The top maybe two floors are not updated as the bottom floors are. We were on the 8th floor and it did get warm but the patio door opened to help cool off the room. Towels are a bit worn. Definitely recommend the breakfast, it was something we all enjoyed. Coffee machine in lobby area was also appreciated and available at all hours. Foosball table in the lobby of second building was great for the kids. Location is excellent, short walk to fish market and to train station. Housekeeping came by daily to refresh the room. We did arrive in Bergen at about 11am but our room wasn't available until after 4pm.

The room didn’t have luggage racks so the suitcases had to be on the floor, the water kettle would be nice to make a tea on cold Bergen summer evening. No wardrobe and not enough hangers.

Vi synes det var et helt ok plass og ha en natt der før vi reiste videre. Frokosten var veldig bra

Well located hotel with centre at walking distance compose of three independent buildings that aged differently. We had an issue proposed parking facilities and misleading information on pricing.

Goda sängar att ligga i. Mycket bra frukost!

Stygge rom som ikke lignet bildene. Rommet har på andre siden av gaten, så man måtte ut på morgenen for å spise frokost. Ingen heis, så måtte gå 7 etasjer trapp. Ødelagt kaffemaskin. Ingen strykejern eller brett på rommet. Strykejern på felles strykerom var ødelagt. Ødelagte gardiner på rommet. God frokost trekker opp.
