최고의 위치, 넓은방, 맛있는 조식 / 단점은 외부의 소음

We had 2 nights stay in an attic room. Pros - Early check-in was available - Nice and helpful staff - Spacious and clean room - Easy access to major attraction Cons - Old room facilities; it looked like an old lodge and it was a bit scary. - Room keys had to be returned to the reception when we were out, during the stay. Reception asked to return the keys due to security reasons, but it was inconvenient to me even the reception was 24/7 operation - The hotel was not easy to find as it was small building.

사기 당한 기분 느끼고 싶다면 추천 1층 룸 줘서 짜증났는데 소음이 진짜 최악 다른방 말소리도 다 들리고 날파리가 막 날아다니는 곳임 어메니티도 다음날 다 써서 없어도 안 채워줌 침구도 안갈아주고 침대위 쓰레기도 안 치워놓음 딱 수건만 채워주고(이것도 세탁한 수건인진 모르겠음) 위생도 위치도 서비스도 다 최악 벌레 나왔는데 직원 퇴근해서 다음날까지 참으라더니 다음날 다시 체크인 하니까 앉자마자 벌레잡음ㅡㅡ 소음때문에 편하게 못쉬고 잠도 뒤척이고 싶다면 추천

사진처럼 신식호텔은 아니지만 방은 넓습니다. 커피포트 및 간단한 식기 와 전기렌지(전자렌지 아님)가 있어서 음식을 해먹기도 좋고 편안하게 실내에서 지친몸을 쉴수 있어서 좋았습니다. 가격대비 좋았습니다

솔광장, 프라도 미술관 과도 가깝고 편안하게 즐기다 왔습니다.

별4개 호텔이 아닙니다. 입구에 열쇠 4개표시 되어있는 모텔입니다. 살다 살다 별4개로 속아 예약하긴 첨이네요.. 그저 넓은 방 냄새나는 오래된 여인숙느낌입니다.

방음이 잘 되지 않는 단점이 있었지만, 직원이 친절하고, 방이 넓고 깨끗했습니다.

호텔입구가 큰 도로에서 안쪽으로 30m정도 들어가 있는데 약간 외지고 어두운 느낌이 듭니다 스페인 건축법상 증축이 힘든 관계로 호텔입구와 복도 엘레베이터가 놀라울 만큼 작고 실망스러우나 객실안은 넓고 청결상태도 좋습니다. 옆 건물과 가까워 창문은 열수없으며 바로 앞에 늦은시간까지 영업하는 중국인 자그마한 슈퍼가 있어 간단한 음료를 사기에 용이합니다 솔광장까지는 도보로 5분정도 거리이며 현지인들에게도 인기가 많은 아침식사가 가능한 식당도 두어곳있어 이요하기에 나쁘지는 않았어요 직원들도 친절하고 다정한 분위기였으나 만약 좋은 분위기의 호텔을 원한다면 약간 외진 위치와 로비가 아예없는 건물구조로 인하여 실망할수 있으나 가족여행이라면 넓은 객실이 장점입니다.

가장 기억에 남는 것은 직원분들의 고객에 대한 존중의 태도. 그냥 친절이라기보다 하나의 자긍심을 느끼게하던 건강한 친절. 객실은 4층 다락방이었는데 넓고 세련되고 조리시설을 갖춘 훌륭한 방이었어요. 위치도 좋고, 가격도 적절하고, 친절하고 동양인에 대한 존중감을 느껴 좋았는데 하나 아쉽다면, 주변에 주점이 많고 오리엔탈 거리가 있어 새벽 늦게까지 좀 시끄러웠다는 점. 그러나 만족하고 좋은 인상이 암았습니다.

SOL 역에서 가까움, 걍 보통임

Wonderful location, accomodations and welcoming and kind staff. Also -- excellent, fun and upscale location. Would 💯 stay again.

Nice and convenient location in downtown Madrid. Staff was very much helpful. However, it’s a sort of apartment, not a hotel. So don’t expect any other facility as a lounge, bar or cafe. Just accommodation.

Great place in the city center, close to all the main landmarks. The staff were lovely and very helpful, and they even provided us with a map of nearby restaurants and recommendations, which was very useful. The apartment was spacious, bright, and clean. Our unit was on a street with several restaurants, so it got a bit noisy on the weekend, but we still had restful nights. I would definitely book it again.

Had a great time and all staff are excellent in helping with our stay.Breakfast was great every day and the room was super clean.They change our sheets every day and provided ample supplies.Location is excellent and walking distance to attractions.Will stay here again!

Limpia, espaciosa. Bien ubicado.

Ubicación perfecta para viaje de primera vez en Madrid. Personal muy amable. A las instalaciones les falta un poco de mantenimiento. Sobre la limpieza, en nuestro cuarto había polillas y entraba el olor a cigarro del cuarto de a lado, pero en general bien.

Centrally located with many restaurant choices and tourist attractions. Hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful. The rooms were beautiful and clean, but I must admit I found the kitchenette to be a bit dingy.

The staff was perfectly well attended, its by far the best thing about this hotel, the other would be the location, if you like to drink you have bars at walki g distance
