We stayed there for the convince of getting to the airport. It was amazing.

I believe it's closer to a 3.5 star property than 4. Just the little things such as discoloration at the base of some of the bathroom fixtures (toilet seat hardware, fire sprinkler) and dated pool & patio furniture made me feel it was lacking that spit shine of a luxury property. Still a nice stay though the dull racket from the 100s of little club lacrosse players and their families was inescapable. Would definitely stay there again and was advised to select a room overlooking the golf course rather than the highway due to the traffic noise.

There were still dirtyclothes in the bedroom drawers that someone left behind. $12 for self park and parking was not secure. Not notified prior to booking that there was a parking fee. Lights in room were not plugged in. Alarm clock did not work.

Excellent service, cleanliness and as an added benefit a good restaurant.

Was charged to park $12 are you kidding me. The front desk one person and she was trying to multi task poorly. She also allowed two air pilots to cut in front us . Place is wore out

I did not like being charged for parking when only 60 spaces out of 250 spaces or so were even filled. Shame on you. I have stayed at the hotel in that location probably 30 times over 30 years and have never been charged for doing my own parking.

The price was good. Making it a great value.

I was not happy. They were not able to get me checked into a room until 7:30pm. We had to wait in the lobby for ever for them to get the room ready.

Clean and nice. Great stay for a few nights.

The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The hotel itself is very dated and the carpet in our room was VERY dirty, there were weird stains on the wall and it smelled like someone broke a bottle of cologne.

It was fine.

We came to Grand Jct. for my birthday. The staff, especially Hailey at the front desk, were amazing. They were kind and helpful. We had the nicest weekend.

Room wasnt ready. Didnt offer to hold our bags. Major damage and construction in halls. Forgot to give us our breakfast vouchers. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences we've had.

These are not queen beds. They are double beds
