오래된 유럽 비지니스 호탤입니다-이비스 보다는 좋아요. 장점은 꽤 넓다는 것입니다. 너무 기대하지 않고 가시는편이 좋으실꺼에요 마을 센터랑 20분가량 거리이고 주변에 레스토랑이 없어서 시내로 걸어나와야합니다 직원들은 아주 아주 친절 합니다

직원이 친절함, 근데 벌레 진짜 많은 루아르강변이라 문을 열수가 없고 역시 싼데라 그런지 청소상태가 별로였다 조식은 공짜였는데 그런것 치고는 빵 커피 계란 햄 치즈 다 있어서 좋았다 주차장은 넓은편인데 유로로 6.50유로였다 욕실은 물이 너무 쫄쫄 나오지만 마...

Un accueil parfait.personnel très poli et souriant Par contre hôtel très vieillissant qui mérite une rénovation globale intérieur et extérieur Seul le hall d'accueil et le restaurant sont corrects.

Great staff, nice and spacious rooms. Located about 10 minutes walk from the historic centre. The rooms should be updated as they have the look of an early 2000s room.

Grande chambre, spacieuse mais chambre a rafraichir.

Chambre rénovée (proposée en supplément 11€) au dernier étage avec vue sur la cathédrale. Par contre, par rapport aux chambres classiques (et notamment celles réservées initialement), le second lit est un canapé lit. En mode canapé, l’assise est très verticale donc inconfortable. La télévision n’est pas connectée à internet et donc impossible d’utiliser YouTube ou le cast… en outre la télévision est installée dans un cadre en bois qui bloque le son… Salle de bain: petit dégât des eaux sur un mur près de la douche… mauvais effet pour une rénovation. En un mot, un peu déçu par la prestation de la chambre vs les chambres classiques

Lobby et bar joliment rénovés et agréables. Chambre un peu vieillotte mais confortable.

Bon séjour, personnel sympathique , l'hotel bien situé proche du centre ville ( 10 minutes a pieds) et de la gare (10 minutes en bus ou 20 minutes à pieds) - Nous étions dans une chambre non renové, il fallait payé un surplus pour etre dans une chambre refaite je trouve le procédé limite. Le montant de préautorisation est également trop élevé, plus cher que le prix de la chambre !!!

Chambre propre. Insonorisation satisfaisante avec la voie rapide à proximité. Température un peu fraîche dans la chambre mais couette chaude et lit agréable. Personnel très aimable et sympathique. Petit déjeuner agréable également et pour tous les

Overall the stay was fine, there were one or two minor things that one would not have expected from a 4 star hotel. There were only paper cups in the room - one would have expected at least plastic or preferably glass. Although there was tea and coffee there was no milk or even powdered milk.

On the edge of the town has a wow factor reception but the rooms are poor in relation and need updating Benefit car parking at €7.50 per 24 hours which is essential as no available street parking 15 minute walk into town lots of choice to eat and drink

Wonderful room with a great view of the Loire River from our balcony. 8 minute walk to Orleans Center City and the tram. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was gorgeous.

Great location and really nice food and drinks. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was in need of some minor decoration (chipped paint etc), but was very clean and comfortable.

The staff were lovely. The reception and restaurant are renovated. Rooms and exterior of building in desperate need of renovation but fine for a pass through / overnight
