Didn’t get the room that was shown/advertised. Many issues with the hotel from check in to check out. Would not recommend this hotel considering the hefty price.

Fantastic room (maybe the best I have stayed over several hotels in Paris), excellent and detailed housekeeping. The food at Matsuhisa is incredible. The food at Le Bar Long and room service was also very good. My only note for improvement would be the quality of the bed linens. Great location, five minutes to Parc Monceau with Arc du Triumph just down the block.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce palace, tout était parfait , l’accueil, les restaurants et l’attention portée par toute l’équipe. Merci pour tout c’était tout simplement parfait.

Palace magnifique avec une ambiance détente et accessible ! Service irréprochable ! Chambre et salle de bain magnifique ! Restaurant excellent l’asiatique ! Spa aussi très agréable ! Juste dommage qu’on nous ai dit à la fin du séjour que nous avions consommé sur le minibar.. alors que pas du tout ! Autrement parfait !

Very average hotel and not worth the price. Staff is not very helpful. Didnt show us our rooms or help us with luggage, room was extremely hot which resulted in veru poor sleep. Restaurant was a horrible experience.

The first night wasn’t in a good room, second night they upgraded me to a better category but garden view, the hotel was newly refurbished I think but reception and breakfast hall wasn’t, customer service at the hotel was excellent , the weather was beautiful. Next time I will stay longer than two nights.

The service provided was so thoughtful and productive. I would much rather stay here than George V.

Service was good but promised they would announce the room was ready and didn't announce anything! We were given a completely different room than what we booked, there was no bath and in the pictures there was and we got a room on the roof, the ceiling was low and we got hit on the head! The air conditioning made a terrible noise that we couldn't sleep at night.
