The first night I checked in I was given a different room without being informed. I had paid for 1 king bed/a sofa chair. I was given a room with (2) queen bed.I made enquirer at the front desk only to be told then that there was something round with the bathroom and they will change my room the next day .No body said anything to me it was around 12.30 pm I went back to the desk to enquirer then was told that they have a room ready do you want to change room now. The first night was very uncomfortable my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds . Although a note was lifted concerning the room no body cared.

I love the staff.They were nice and very attentive to our needs.

Pet friendly, pool was clean. 24/7 coffee was the best. Arcade game room was fun. The continental breakfast was excellent.

Horrible experience. Sink had no running hot water, jacuzzi tub didn’t work nor exhaust fan. Toilet clogged repeatedly. Front desk provided key card and account info to unauthorized person without checking identification.

Everything was excellent. I'll definitely be coming back.

Front desk employee's were awesome. The bed was comfortable. Hot water in shower was great.

Accommodations were great! The staff, fabulous! 💜 Pay to park? A fee added to the cost of the room is ridiculous. I will definitely inquire before I book in the future. Giving the info of my vehicle for security purposes is fine. To limit parking for your paying customers is expected. An extra fee for a paying customer of yours, is not good.

Stayed 3 days and room was never serviced. Parking $19 a night with no security service. Rooms need an update.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average for free breakfast. The only negative I can say is the parking fee and the incidental charge. If Im patronizing a hotel with a parking lot there shouldn’t be a charge to park. In addition, the incidental charge is $100 per day. I’ve always been charged a flat rate never daily for the incidental fee.

Everything was great other then the grounds due to a lot of dog waste on the grass .. they have an area for walking dogs with access to poop bags but there was no bags the whole time even after I requested. it was clear many didn’t use the area selected for dog walking ..I brought my own bags but other then that it was nice clean and safe .. just watch where u step
