Basic room for the price A bit of a maze to find your room Great location but thats all it has going for it. In contrast to the harbour hotel in richmond this is nowhere near that standard. But disappointing. Also at 3am we awoke to the banging and clashing of trash from a local bar that went on for ages. Terrible stay in honest. Will stay at another hotel the next time we go. They also do let you know until youre there, that there is a £10pp charge to use the facilites per day. I wish I'd have known that before.

Great customer service

Clean and well decorated room with good coffee making facilities. Super comfy bed with good pillows! The gym was small but was equipped enough for a good workout.

Great staff, beautiful room with a great view.

Five stars on all fronts, just be mindful when getting beach facing rooms on the weekends, a tad noisy, not for the mature crowd.

The location was good with a sea view . But the rooms were exceptionally small and congested and so were the elevators.

Hotel is clean and tidy, with lovely staff. The spa itself was a huge bonus at a hotel, the only downside I have is that there are a good few steps in this hotel, some quite tricky steps down to the lower level spa, but it was lovely clean and very relaxing. Can get quite busy.

Great location along the sea front and nice spa and restaurant, staff were friendly and helpful and the deluxe sea view room was bigger than expected.

View from the room was outstanding! Definitely worth visiting the hotel for this. Big comfy bed also. Location great on the seafront. Could hear noise from outside / other guests, but personally this didn't bother me. Hotel in general is tired around the edges, could do with a spruce up especially for the price you pay. Disappointing dinner in the restaurant - much better on offer in Brighton, would venture out.

Lovely spa hotel with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the spa facilities were excellent—especially the pool and sauna. Staff were friendly and welcoming. A great place to unwind—I’d definitely visit again. Great sea front view.

I received a very cute, clean and beautiful room. The spa was wonderful, and the location was also excellent. However, a strange siren went off at night, and around 3–4 a.m. the noise from garbage collection trucks woke me up, making it hard to sleep. If you are sensitive to noise, please keep this in mind.

Room very clean and good facilities. Great coffee machine. Superb shower, albeit bathroom quite compact. Bed and sheets superb. Some outside noise. Parking very disappointing as £32 per night approx 300yds away. Makes the stay a little pricey. Spa area superb, although had to pay an extra £10 for this as didn't book directly with hotel which is also dissapointing.

Spa was lovely, clean and relaxing

Spa is lovely. Staff and hotel is really nice. Rooms at the back are backed onto a noisy bar so try to avoid them if you can

I stayed in a single “cosy” room which was tiny but really comfortable and exactly what I needed. Very clean room and lovely bathroom. I visited the spa which is very nice, breakfast was also lovely. It’s also in a great location right on the seafront and super close to all of the shops and not far from the station. I would stay here again

First of all the negative things we renting a room that was small the bed was in one corner and we had to climb all over each other to get out of bed the main problem with this room is outside the window is a plant room for the aircon units in the rooms and it kept us up all night, In the morning I asked if we could move to a better room even know I had to pay another £30. The positives the rooms were very clean and tidy the swimming pool and steam room's was excellent and all staff was very helpful and polite.

Beautiful room fitting to character.

The room was nice very clean and cosy however I was right next to what I think was a generator outside which was really loud and went on all night. The room was also uncomfortably hot despite attempting to turn the heating down it didn't seem to make a difference. The fridge was also not working so the milk in the fridge wasn't cold Overall it is a lovely hotel and staff were very nice, have stayed in Harbour Hotels previously which is why I chose to stay here - but I think I just didn't have the best room unfortunately.
