My room was located near the roadside, where road construction activities continued throughout the day. Surprisingly, the noise persisted until 4 am, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. I don't consider myself overly sensitive to such matters, but the noise level was exceptionally high and disruptive.

역사가 깊은 호텔입니다. 그렇기 때문에 쾌적하다거나 편리한 느낌보다는 시애틀의 개발역사와 함께한 호텔이 묵는다는 의미가 더 클 것 같습니다. 오래된 유럽의 호텔에서 묵는 느낌으로 대체적으로 깨끗하고 서비스가 좋습니다. 5성급에서 제공하는 정도는 아니지만 무료조식도 장점입니다.

Very clean. Close to all things

A great hotel with very friendly staff. Spacious and clean room with lovely complimentary toiletries. Fair choice at breakfast. Easy walk to the harbour and attractions.

Love the building. Walking distance restaurant, waterfront, Mariners and Seahawks stadium and shopping stores. Staff is very helpful and nice.

The stuff at front desk were very nice, especially Jennie (I may remembered her name wrong) who had walked us a block to direct us to the bus station. We greatly appreciate her help! Thank you!

It was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The ladies at the continental breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for us. I highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have a problem with the heaters, but the staff got us taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction. Good job.

Worst check in to a motel I’ve ever had

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and many attractions including Space Needle, Mariners Stadium, Public Market and King Street Train Station. Took Lite Rail from Seattle Tacoma airport to Pioneer Square for $3.00 and walked to hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful answering questions regarding the area. Breakfast was very nice with great options. We would stay there again.

It has parking which is a plus in Seattle

Kevin at the front desk greeted me in a bad mood and told me that normally reservations through Hotels.com don’t immediately go through. Although he logged in and saw my reservation right away. He was rude. Terrible hospitality skills for a hospitality business.

Location is very good, however the building is so old.

Great helpful staf and location

Great place. No sleep timer on the television is the only issue I had. More on the manufacturer than the hotel. Close to everything. Great coffee on the same block. Wonderful breakfast provided.

Great location! We easily walked to/from the waterfront and the WAMU theatre. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Seattle for an event close to Pioneer Square!
