Staff and all hotel facilities were great. Only drawback was the car park, distance from the entrance and nearly full always. Fortunately I always did manage to find a space.

Old hotel full of character, yes it’s tired and needs a good makeover and a lick of paint to make it modern but then it loses its character. Pleasant stay for one night on business.

Rooms floorboards were very loud and the shower power was awful. Breakfast was decent and the staff were extremely friendly. Just needs investment

The room was spotless, the bed and bedding was beautiful. Staff was amazing, coffee and tea for free was fantastic idea, I felt happy and had great Christmas, thanks to all the people who was working in the holiday time to make us comfortable, actually I was surprised even the cleaning lady done our room first thing in the morning. ❤️

Friendly and helpful welcome alongside a comfortable, clean room and good dinner and breakfast. All made for an enjoyable 1 night stay.

Check in was very quick and efficient. On arrival the room , standard double, was very clean but freezing cold . The heater was off . The room heated up eventually. It was a large room in the original, older part of the building, therefore was quite dated but had ample plug and usb sockets . Next morning the shower didn't work . The manager did offer us another room but that was a bit inconvenient and so we just had a wash as we were due to check out . The manager was good enough to refund my early check in fee and olgavr us a bottle of wine to take home. Hotel food was of a high standard

Lovely building, friendly staff, goid breakfast. A little tired in places needing a refresh. Breakfast coffee machine usef UHT milk not fresh milk which I hate. Otherwuse a great stay.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Check in was online and very efficient. Great location. Would definitely stay again if in Malvern.

Lovely stay in the Abbey. Unfortunately we did not have dinner in the restaurant but breakfast was very good. Staff very pleasant, especially Dennis on reception, who was extremely helpful.
