시내 중심지와 멀지 않으면서도 조용한 곳에 위치한 편안한 호텔. 직원들 모두 친절하며 객실도 청결합니다.

본 중심지에서 다소 떨어져있어서 차가 없다면 이용이 많이 불편한 호텔입니다. 반면, 차가 있다면 꽤 강하게 권해드리고 싶은 호텔입니다. 조용하고 친절하며 관리가 잘 된 호텔입니다. 이용객도 독일인이 많아 보였고, 차분하고 원칙대로 호텔이 관리 운영된다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 아침 식사를 하지 않았지만, 차려진 음식 역시 정성을 다했다는 느낌을 주더군요. 추천해드리고 싶은 호텔입니다.

자가용 없이 대중교통을 이용하기에는 교통면에서 다소 불편함이 있으나 도시와 떨어져 산속처럼 조용한 곳에 위치한 이 호텔은 저희같은 가족 이용객에게 너무나 좋았습니다. 맑은 공기, 청결한 환경, 맛있는 아침뷔페 아주아주 만족입니다.

직원들 친절하고 앤틱한 느낌에 호텔 지하주차장이나 리셉션을 갈때 엘리베이터(몇개의 계단을 이용한 후)가 무거운 짐이 있다면 살짝 힘듬 객실 무난. 베란다가 있고 경치가 전체적으로 좋았음

May not have been the best time to visit but felt the hotel lacked atmosphere and staff were disinterested. Access from the room to the lift meant going through a fire door and there was an unpleasant smell in the area, possibly damp. Room was nice enough, dining room was cool and quiet and had to go looking for staff. Don't think Ill visit again..

Geräumiges Zimmer. Zustand etwas altbacken. Türen schleifen und Schlösser schlossen nicht gut. Fernbedienung eingeschränkt funktionsfähig. Schwefelgeruch aus Kanalisation.

I expected significantly more for the price paid. The location is excellent for those working at the Venusberg campus, as the hotel is only a few minutes away. The rooms, including the bathrooms, are spacious; however, the furniture appears outdated and was at times not properly cleaned. The breakfast quality is below average, and the dining room lacks a cozy or welcoming atmosphere.

Schöne Lage im Wald, Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück ist in Ordnung, jedoch definitiv keine 24€ wert. Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich.

Zimmer sehr schön und gross wir hatten Junior Suite. Ruhig gelegen. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und ist unserer Meinung nach keine 4,5 Sterne. Frühstück sehr bescheiden gegenüber vergleichbaren Hotels.

Very nice and quiet, friendly staff. Is a bit of a time capsule back to the 90's but not a bad thing!

Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und man hat das Gefühl, es wurde nicht mehr investiert. Es gab Schäden an den Armaturen im Bad. In diesem Fall hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gepasst.

Very poor check in. No information given. Came down for dinner at 8pm to be told kitchen was closed and no food available even though lady on reception said food was on until 9pm. Restaurant manager very rude and didn’t care. Bar roped off and closed and nowhere even to sit and have a drink. No advice given about where else to try and eat in the area. Staff didn’t care. Breakfast just as bad. Dirty tables. Uninspiring food which just sat there for ages without being refreshed. Supposed to be a 4 star Superior hotel. Not even close. Have been travelling to Germany for years. Worst experience ever.

I had an amazing time at my stay! The place was super relaxing, and the facility was beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and courteous. And the grounds were so serene and peaceful. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Hotel. War ein Familienurlaub mit zwe Kindern. Es wurde an alles gedacht ohne das wir etwas verlangen mussten. Kennen wir von anderen Hotels anders. Die Mitarbeiter denken wirklich an alle Details selbstständig. Man hat keine offenen Wünsche, weil alles top vorbereitet ist. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.
