넓은 객실로 2개의 침실공간과 2개의 욕실로 나눠져 있어서 매우 편리하고 좋습니다.다만 복도와 붙은 현관쪽 객실은 로비쪽 소리와 바깥 소음이 늦은 시간까지도 계속 납니다.

Horrible teníamos media pensión y la primera noche nos pusieron pegas como que no estaba registrado,alf final nos dejaron cenar y que lo metían en el sistema segundo día lo mismo les enseñamos y mandamos por email el pago de la media pensión y contactaron con hotel.com y nos dijeron que estaba todo ok ya el tercer día el mismo problema que teníamos que pagar las cenas anteriores y nos dijeron que no podíamos cenar ni la responsable del hotel dio la cara y chica de recepción no supo hacer nada horrible los tres días para cenar algo que teníamos pagado

A equipe foi sempre maravilhosa. As meninas do dia todas muito simpáticas. O café da manha estava otimo. Pena que só tomei 1x na minha reserva de 2 dias porque tive que sair as 7 e o café começava 7:30. Tive problemas com a TV. Mas resolvi deixar pra lá e nao ver o jogo e tudo bem. O quarto é otimo. As amenites Tb. Recomendo muito o hotel e voltaria com certeza

O teto do banheiro estava descolando, não fomos avisados na plataforma que tinha que deixar caução, tivemos que utilizar o elevador de serviço, além de que os funcionários não nos levou ao quarto e nem apresentou o hotel.

We booked a family suite, and the room was quite large. However, the bathrooms were very small. Parking was expensive and squeezing the car into the space was challenging. But it was located below the hotel and accessible by elevator, which was very nice. The staff was friendly. The location was excellent. Very clean.

Two years ago, I stayed in Andorra and had a great experience. This time, I returned to celebrate my daughter’s 9th birthday and booked a hotel in the city center, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. At check-in, we were told that parking costs 30 euros per night, despite it being listed in the reservation. We also arranged a birthday cake and were told it would be provided free of charge. Problems started immediately. The elevator was covered in cardboard and became increasingly dirty with dust and construction debris. Every morning we were woken up by construction noise. In the room, the hair dryer stopped working after 30 seconds but was replaced the same day—however, the staff showed no apology or understanding. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, basic items were missing, and the bed linens were not arranged correctly. Housekeeping was inflexible with cleaning times. The internet did not work at all, even after we reported it twice. The biggest disappointment was the birthday cake. It was promised in the morning, but no one came. We waited until 4 p.m., went out, and only received it at 10 p.m., which was far too late and poorly organized. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work, making the room uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. For the price we paid, the service was far below expectations. In my opinion, this hotel deserves no more than 2 stars, and I would not recommend it.

Quarto muito bom, localização perfeita, café da manhã extraordinário. Único senão é que fiquei nos quartos da coluna 207 & 208, onde o duplicador da internet não alcança.

Internet Wi-Fi péssima. Café da manhã excelente. Cama boa, quarto espaçoso, acústica deixa a desejar…. Localização excelente, estacionamento muito caro.

La habitación muy buena, el personal muy bien. Lo único y que en 2025 siga de esta manera es que el wifi era muy muy malo, me oarece un servicio escencial que sea de calidad hoy en día. No hay excusas.
