Room was loud, not well maintained

Room was clean. First night, room across from us was up partying till 2:30am, no answer by front desk, so had to get dressed and go down to front desk to get someone to shut the party down, front desk agent was (entertained) by a group of individuals assuming had just left the bar, when security finally went up took another 45 mins of this group in the hall ways continuing they’re night, multiple other guests popped thier heads out to ask the group to leave. Completely unacceptable the entire evening. Hot water appeared not to work in shower, was told by front desk to let it run for 10-15minutes before expecting anything, hottub not working. 2 of the 4 front desk agents were less than accommodating with the issues. Price was right, but wouldn’t bother staying again.

Stayed here to rest, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. It turns out the hotel was full of kids and teenage teams (basketball, hockey) as well as concert-goers. I completely understand that a hotel needs to rent rooms to everyone, but unfortunately the behavior of some groups was not managed well. There were kids playing basketball in their rooms around 11 pm, and drunk people arriving around 2:30 am, getting into arguments in the hallways. Doors were constantly opening and slamming as if it was the first time some guests had stayed in a hotel. We were woken up several times during the night and did not get any proper rest. When I spoke with other guests, they shared the same concerns about the noise and disruption. Additionally, the Mercedes-Benz EV chargers were unavailable because large non-EV trucks were parked in the charging spots, which was disappointing and poorly managed. Overall, this was not a restful stay, and based on this experience I’m not planning to stay here again.

Very noisy hotel. There were adults partying with their door open across from us at 9:30 which I understand isn’t the noise cut off time but we had young kids who couldn’t sleep. They were yelling and playing loud music right in the hall. The staff were wonderful in getting us a new room as there was nothing they could do about it. We were woken up at 1:30 am by another party with loud music and yelling on a different floor. Long sleepless night. The pool area was also lacking. Dirty, hot tub didn’t work properly. Was unimpressed with a hidden parking fee when we checked out adding another $25 dollar to our stay.

Front Desk was super accommodating and the staff were so helpful with our luggage as we are seniors.

Mattresses ... were not comfortable. Broken down. Parking = $ 20.00 ??? ... So I'm choosing to stay at your hotel and utilize the amenities and then i'm nickle & dimed to pay for parking for my car ! Though my comment here is specific to the Lakeside, i know its a common practice at other places as well - and i just think its wrong.

Hotel is showing its age. Still clean, but wall paper is peeling and hot tube was just warm and the jets did not work.

Room had closely not been checked after the last people stayed. One of the patio windows was damaged and pryed open, leading to it being freezing cold in the room and a hornet getting in at 1030pm, leading me to have to switch rooms late at night

Great location, easy, nice suite.

Room was clean and had an interesting layout. Was not a fan of the lemongrass soap. The coffee bar was sparse on options and creamer.
