All the staff are playing in the Hotel and they don't care about guests. Some staff pinger tips me in the restaurant. I felt very bad and belittle acations. Very old hotel that I used to stayed over 15years but nit any more.

La experiencia fue buena y no excelente porque nunca nos avisaron que la piscina estaba en remodelacion y no pudimos disfrutrala. (esa fue la razon por la que elegiumos ese hotel) Nos aviso la recepcionista cuando llegamos y no decia en ningun lado que no iba a estar disponible. Nos ofrecieron ir a otra piscina de un hotel cercano pero era muy chica y fria. Todo lo demas estuvo muy bien, el desayuno increible. Por el inconveniente de la piscina nos dejaron hacer el check out mas tarde.

Prévenu le soir par une lettre déposée devant la porte de la chambre pour indiquer la fermeture de la piscine le lendemain matin. on n'a du demander quelle solution à l'accueil pour accès à une piscine, pas de communication de l'hôtel. Une solution de replie avec une toute petite piscine dans l'hôtel en face LE MERIDIEN (soleil que le matin) Thierry DELORME

The check-in was very smooth. Front desk personal very polite and friend. Answered all my questions and gave good and useful information. The room was kept very clean and housekeeping was great. Room service, which I ordered 3X was good, they always took less than the time given to bring food. Hotel is perfectly located for tourists to venture out alone. Thank you for a great and stay.

The room was clean but dated. It needs an update. The overall service was good. The housekeeping varied. There were days that we were not provided with clean towels coffee or toiletries

Första dagen var jobbig, detta då de hävdade att vi inte betalat för frukost i vår beställning vilket inte stämde. Vi fick visa upp bokningsbekräftelse osv. Det löste sig. Sedan fick vi ett delat familjerum som var otroligt lyhörd. Efter lite om och men bytte de rum åt oss. Utöver det var vistelsen bra. Frukosten var superbra och poolområdet var luftigt och bra.

hi! nuestra primera vez en panama y que servicio mas malo el de este hotel. NO lo recomiendo para nada. recepcion desde el primer dia pedimos cambio de habitacion una senora pelo corto nos dijo le avisamos mas tarde si podemos ayudarle le dijimos ok salimos y todavia estamos esperando respuesta. el bar abren tarde son lentos para atender. el restaurante uno llega a la puerta y es como si nadie llego un desastre. la picina ese senor habla feisimo a los huspedes y habla mal de sus companeros cosa que no se le pregunto. no hay servicio para atender en la picina y la que aparecio una mal hablada tambien como si uno estaba pidiendiendo uno pago por servicio del hotel. No lo recomendamos ninguno de los que estabamos alla y eramos un grupo de mas de 15 personas.

The hotel staff was. Very attentive and kind to all our needs. Food is great and the location perfect for our needs.
