All the staff are playing in the Hotel and they don't care about guests. Some staff pinger tips me in the restaurant. I felt very bad and belittle acations. Very old hotel that I used to stayed over 15years but nit any more.

We stayed 4 nights with our 3 yo son. The property was very very clean. Family friendly 10+. The pools were amazing! We could see the ocean from our room. This was the perfect family vacation. Highly recommend. We felt very safe.

Yes, the ocean was visible from my room. However, the pool is out of commission indefinitely, and I was extremely disappointed in that situation as one of the main reasos I selected the hotel was because of the pool.

Look at the picture used to market this hotel, with the beautiful pool. We went there for that pool, to relax. It was closed for renovations!!! I wish we could have cancelled on the spot and moved to a different - and cheaper hotel! It was more expensive here than the competition, maybe because they market the space with a beautiful pool!

We stayed at this property for the pool so we were upset to find out that the pool was closed during our visit. They offered access to a different hotel’s pool across the street, but it was very small. The hotel is undergoing renovations. Our original room was an old room. Luckily, we were able to move to a newer room. Location was great easy to get everywhere. Nice staff.

Todo estuvo perfecto con este hotel. Desde que llegamos las personas de recepción nos recibieron muy amables. La habitación es cierto que podría necesitar una renovación pero todo funcionaba muy bien y muy cómoda. El desayuno maravilloso. Nosotros si sabíamos que la piscina del hotel estaba cerrada así que no fue ninguna sorpresa pero si es importante saberlo antes. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar aquí.

Check in was fine. When we got to the room and looked for the WiFi password it was not listed on our little packet with our room key, so had to WhatsApp to find out there is no password. And trying to CALL someone at the front desk? No, you have to use WhatsApp for EVERYTHING! room service, questions, etc.

La experiencia fue buena y no excelente porque nunca nos avisaron que la piscina estaba en remodelacion y no pudimos disfrutrala. (esa fue la razon por la que elegiumos ese hotel) Nos aviso la recepcionista cuando llegamos y no decia en ningun lado que no iba a estar disponible. Nos ofrecieron ir a otra piscina de un hotel cercano pero era muy chica y fria. Todo lo demas estuvo muy bien, el desayuno increible. Por el inconveniente de la piscina nos dejaron hacer el check out mas tarde.

Prévenu le soir par une lettre déposée devant la porte de la chambre pour indiquer la fermeture de la piscine le lendemain matin. on n'a du demander quelle solution à l'accueil pour accès à une piscine, pas de communication de l'hôtel. Une solution de replie avec une toute petite piscine dans l'hôtel en face LE MERIDIEN (soleil que le matin) Thierry DELORME
