친절하고 배려깊은 서비스. 청결하고 넓은 방과 화장실. 무료미니바. 편리한교통. 좋았음

테르미니역에서 걸어갈 수 있는 위치도 좋았고 직원분들도 굉장히 친절하셨으며 조식이 아주 마음에 들었습니다. 종류도 많았고 커피도 너무 맛있었습니다. 그리고 3박4일 동안 매일 과자, 음료, 맥주, 초콜릿 등 떨어지지 않게 채워주셨는데 모두 무료 제공이었습니다. 다음에 가족들이랑 로마 여행을 한다면 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 호텔입니다.

모든 점에서 완벽하다고 할 수 있음. 위치도 좋고, 청결하고 친절하며, 아침 식사도 매우 좋았음.

전반적으로 좋은곳입니다. 직원분들 친절하고 시설 만족스럽고 조식도 맛있고 위치도 좋습니다.

위치가 큰길에 있어서 유명관광지 도보 가능하고요. 밤에도 사람들 이동이 많아서 무섭지 않았습니다. 룸도 넓고 컨디션도 아주 좋아요. 룸의 미니바가 모두 무료인 것은 정말 좋습니다. 와이파이도 팡팡 터지고 조식뷔폐도 매우 친절하고 적당한 종류와 퀄리티가 만족스럽습니다. 루프탑라운지 경관도 멋지고 웰컴드링크도 제공합니다. 여행 중간중간 잠시 쉬었다 가기에 좋아요. 얼리 체크인 가능하고 체크아웃 이후에는 짐 보관도 가능하고 택시 호출 서비스도 받았습니다. 4박 이용하는 동안 매우 만족스러웠고 재방문 의사 있으며 강추합니다.

Amazing hotel! We couldn't recommend it more. Only a ten minute walk from the train station, and about 20 minute walk to everything. The staff is amazing and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. The free breakfast is out of this world. Anything you want they pretty much have. I would absolutely stay there again the next time I fly to Rome.

Wonderful hotel - very central surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and like many other people have said - fantastic breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay and a great room

EXCEPTIONAL !! We stayed at Hotel Artemide October 2025. The level of service, staff, location, room and breakfast were truly amazing. There is a roof top bar and we were so thankful for the drink certificates for a welcome glass of champagne. Breakfast was one of the bet we have had at any travel throughout our years. Location was supurb, we were able to walk easily to the colosseum and ate at a great restaurant on the way (recommended by the staff member who checked us in). Taxi from the train station was very quick and easy. Our Room was a bed and pull out couch, which had much space for the 3 of us who were traveling. Truly i will stay here again when i next visit Rome. The shopping stores on the main street by the hotel were a nice welcome and we were able to find many items as well. A++++++

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Artemide! The staff was absolutely fantastic — especially the team in the breakfast area. They were warm, welcoming, and always served with a smile, making every morning such a pleasant start to the day. Their attentiveness and friendliness really stood out and made us feel at home. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, but they were very comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was cozy, elegant, and perfectly located for exploring Rome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

This is a truly charming hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet and it’s a very walkable area with many great restaurants. Would definitely go back next time I’m in Rome.
