조식이 꽤 괜찮습니다 겨울에도 난방이 잘 되어 따뜻하고 편안하게 묵었습니다

The bath room had not been cleaned when I checked in. Even I saw some toilet papers in the toilet and ash on the floor. And the room was tiny. So I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed five nights in standard double room. The room, staffs, facility, and other services were excellent; room size was relatively big and staffs were really nice. Location was also very good or at least acceptable; room was quiet bcs this hotel is not in the center of >street Rambla<, and it takes 15-20min on walk to the street Rambla. 10-15min to beach Barceloneta. The last comment about this hotel, which is for the old man at the reception desk, who looks like american president in 2019. You‘d better not say >arigatou< or >ni hao< to east asian-looking people. If you really want to say hi to them, just ask where they come from. Better ask before you judge. There are still more nationality and language in east asia, which means they are not all the same Chinese or Japanese. Plus: he didn‘t say sorry to me even though I‘ve expressed my unpleasant feeling.

방은 아담하고 아늑한 느낌이에요 조식이나 다른 서비스는 이용하지 않아서 잘 모르지만 직원분들은 다 친절하고 좋았어요 호텔 프론트 직원분이 추천해주신 음식점이 이번 여행 최고로 맛있었구요ㅠ (사진에 있음 감바스 추천 홍합도 존맛탱구리~!~!!!) 그리고 위치도 주변 명소 걸어서 가기 딱 좋은 거리에 있어서 잘 다녔어요 ( 바르셀로네타 해변 , 대성당 , 피카소 미술관 등등 15분 정도 걸림 ) 추천해요~!!

The bald middle aged gentleman with glasses, whose name I regretfully didn't catch, was wonderfully helpful and personable, I can't say enough good about him. Room was as expected and clean. Only two complaints - unable to leave bags, I arrived a bit before check in and it was "full", and I saw this happen to others checking in/out at multiple different times. Second, when I went to check out a handful of minibar items that I did not touch had been attributed to my room (was ultimately not charged, but they certainly were not mine as I barely even laid eyes on the minibar much less touched it).

Excellent hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location and very good breakfast.

Not very friendly staff. The roof top pool was very small and with low water. Not worth the money.

The only positive to the hotel is the location.

Läget är väldigt bra! Trivsamt hotell med mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal! Restaurangen Ten’s Tapas tar verkligen tapas till en annan nivå en andra restauranger. Hotellfrukosten var bra! Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell.

Good basic accommodation, no complaints

Sentral beliggenhet, hyggelige medarbeidere i resepsjonen, rent og pent og god frokost. Det var også et stort pluss med solsenger på taket. Eneste vi savnet var en liten sittegruppe på rommet. Vi hadde Deluxe dobbeltrom. Anbefales

What a great little hotel. As a frequent traveller i only wish i’d found this hotel before. Great location, friendly & accommodating staff and very clean and comfortable. A great find!

Lovely hotel in great location! Room was large and bed comfy. Quiet area. We had one issue in that the bathroom door would not close and despite up reminding them each morning it never got fixed. Breakfast buffet was fabulous - lots of choice and delicious. There’s a mini frig safe and coffee maker in the room but even the coffee pods are about $2 each. Bus to Park Guell across the street. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Great location clean friendly staff

The only issue we had was that we had difficulty getting service from the bar.

The fridge was overly stocked. Breakfast was worth 15 euro. They let us check in very early, it was so appreciated and made our stay much more convenient. The rooftop terrace was nice.

I will definitely stay there again. Great facility, clean, modern rooms. Breakfast on site for a fee. Location is perfect for doing the hop on hop off tourist bus and walking around exploring and dining. Special shout out to Xavier, the amazing front desk clerk who answered so many questions, stored our luggage for us, was so efficient, personable and friendly!
