Beautiful views and excellent service

Amazing facilities for families, kids club 10/10 and gym also top notch! Pool offered amazing views. Restaurant in ground floor good but very pricy. Paid 190 EUR for a dinner including be wine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Only minus was that the over all feel outside is very dated. And family rooms very small and not suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Everything was nice and aervice minded staff, reason its not getting higher is that when coming into our room their was food and a bracelet on the floor showing they really havent cleaned the room at all.

Great food in restaurant and bar, good sauna/spa (extra charge), good swimming pool, good location for the ski slope. Bedrooms dated and beds uncomfortable. Bus to take you into town. But for the price paid, will not be coming back

Hotel very clean. Very friendly staff. Delicious food both in restaurant Grand Kasprowy as well as the -1 breakfast/dinner. Curtains in the room unfortunately do not close fully and was not resolved. Quite noisy air conditioning.

The condition of the hotel is not Good especially on the floors. Aircon in the room was broken - but we got uprageded room. In the other room there was a strange noice on the 7th floor - like a laundry noise all night. I was informed by the staff that it is even worst on the 4th floor. LOL. We had to pay additionally to enter the spa/outside jacuzzi space. From 7 am they are building a pool or sth so if you want to have a peaceful stay- don’t go there. In the breakfast restaurant some tables and chairs look like from the 90’s. Overall - I would not recommend- this is not 4star hotel that I excpected.

Check in was not very welcoming. A lot of little broken things in the room ex. Broken trash can in the bathroom. The room was very smelly. No iron in the room. There an iron room on the 1st floor but it was very dirty. Breakfasts are far from enjoyable.

This hotel /rooms needs maintenance improvements ASAP. In our first 24 hour , we had to change 3 times room. Reasons: no A/C in room and bad smell. Even in our 3rd room there was no water pressure in the shower. A/C was not working properly too. Workers were very nice.

The hotel is located next to a nice slope to Zakopane. Very convenient if your main purpose is skiing or snowboarding. However, there is not much around and you definitely would need a car to enjoy Zakopane. The property has nice amenities, but it is an old building (renovated) and it needs some maintenance (elevators are old and get stuck). Also, I feel that it’s totally overpriced. The radisson is a nicer property and cheaper. This hotel also charges from 70-100 zl per night per parking. So be ready to pay an extra 100 bucks just for parking if you are staying over 5 nights. This is ridiculous. The food is good in the hotel. Service is ok, nothing special.

I have been staying at this hotel now for several years, I attend with different groups throughout each year, family groups and groups of friends, both these groups are catered for fantastically by the hotel. This year in particular changes to the UK entry requirements a fit to fly certificate was required, the hotel advised me where to obtain such a test and assisted with me obtaining the certificate on the date of my return home, many thanks again to the hotel and I’ll definitely see you again next year.

Hotel tylko z zewnątrz straszy, w środku super wystrój, restauracje, spa, baseny. Gorąco polecam Hotel Kasprowy. Jedna sprawa była słaba i do poprawy, śniadania przez 4 dni te same zimne i na ciepło: Jajecznica, cienkie parówki, kiełbaska, kaszanka, pankejki, fasolka, boczek. No dobra sałatka podczas całego pobytu się zmieniła. Zjeść i najeść dało radę ale bez fajerwerków. Bar czynny tylko do 22.00. Ważne wybierajcie pokoje z widokiem na giewont a nie na wzgórze. Nie zmienia to faktu że jest to bardzo dobry hotel z dobrą restauracją, barem, spa i przemiłą i uczynną obsługą na recepcji jak i panie pokojowe.

Det var hyggeligt. Der er ok rent ved ankomsten . Men badeværelse rengøres ikke under ophold selv om man krydser af hvad man ønsker gjort . Det vil være fin service af hotellet at oplyse ved ankomst , at de har en bus som kører ned i byen og andre steder i området. Men ellers søde og venlige personaler.

Un peu déçu. J'ai pris chambre avec vue sur la montagne, nous avons eu vue partielle au 1er etage, avec chambre pas rénovée et sans une vraie clim. Par contre très bon petit déjeuner.

Grymt SPA, och bra restaurang på hotellet! Läget är inte det bästa, men absolut värt att stanna där för det mysiga spaat och utsikten från rummet, rummen är små och trånga tyvärr, och många delar på hotellet är fortfarande gamla. Städningen är under all kritik, det drog ner vistelsen. Aldrig varit med om så smutsiga rum

Hotel w porządku, aczkolwiek przy tej wysokości ceny za noc, byłam rozczarowana faktem, że strefa spa była dodatkowo płatna (nikt nie podawał takiej informacji wcześniej). Ponadto dodatkowe opłaty za parking i za śniadanie spowodowały, noc w tym 3* hotelu była w moim mniemaniu przesadnie wysoka. W zamkniętej strefie spa brak pryszniców jest dużym minusem

Hotel idealnie oddający górski klimat i to jest ogromny plus. Z zewnątrz nieco wiekowy jednakże w środku nowoczesny, fajny. Super strefa SPA i basen (aczkolwiek jak jest weekend i jest dużo ludzi to dość tłoczno). Minusem jest brak klimatyzacji w pokojach. Ogólnie bardzo pozytywny, blisko do Krupówek nawet na piechotę. Zapewne wrócę przy kolejnej wizycie w Zakopanem co chyba jest najlepszą rekomendacją :)

De städade aldrig vårt rum trots att vi frågade om städningen.

Fint, stort og rent hotel med vildt smuk udsigt. God morgenmadsbuffet. Pool i kælderen, men med larmende børn - der var et voksen-område, men man skal betale for at komme derind, og det er lidt svært når man står i badetøj og ikke har en pung med. Ingen mulighed for at få regningen skrevet på værelset. Personalet var sure og ikke specielt hjælpsomme. Trak oplevelsen meget ned.

Das Restaurant im Hotel ist TOP, absolut empfehlenswert. Eingangsbereich sehr schön gemacht. Zimmer mit Balkon OK. Die Sitzgruppen auf den Stockwerken wo die Zimmer sind sollten weg, da hier gerne zur späten Stunde die Gäste sitzen und laut erzählen während andere schlafen wollen. 1x wurde vergessen das Zimmer zu reinigen und mit Handtüchern zu versorgen, 1x waren wir morgens noch im Zimmer und es wurde im Eiltempo (2 min.) "gesaugt und gereinigt". Im Frühstücksraum aber auch im edlen Restaurant "schlecht erzogene Eltern" die ihre Kinder nicht im Griff hatten.
