Friendly staff. Great club room Nice gym and pool

Staff friendly, clean room. Loved energy of place

Room is dated and requires maintenance. Mold spots on ceiling within bathroom. Heating system didn’t work (maxed out and room remained cold). I have stopped in many ‘Village’ hotels, and this was below expected standard.

All aspects of our stay were very good.

Club rooms are starting to look a bit dated and could do with an overhaul - and also maybe not be situated at the furthest away corridor of the hotel! The parking for guests actually staying in the hotel is a nightmare with disgraceful parking from fitness facility users during peak times. Public areas need more attention from staff with discarded food and drink containers littering tables and floor throughout public areas for hours. Staff encountered in the restaurant and fitness centre were all friendly and helpful.

Spacious room. Friendly staff. Good leisure facilities. Club room was a very long way from reception. Disappointed that there was only 1 comfy chair in a room so spacious. not a full settee.

Problems with poor draining in shower leading to a flooded bathroom that took 3 requests and all-day to fix. Food service slow on Friday night, plenty of staff, just not attentive, overall decor looking tired

The room was awful. Beds on the floor which were dirty and not safe to sleep in as they were near electric points and near the front door which was broken. Toilet was dirty and overall room hygiene was disgusting!

Emails on the room app was never responded to, Had to go bd k to reception to get help, what’s wrong with the traditional phone?? I had two children with me, one was 15 and was supposed to sleep on sofa bed which was made on arrive, had to go back to reception to get them to call house keepers, even though I emailed them.
