전체 평가 및 리뷰 Marival Emotions Resort All-Inclusive Future Mercure

This place is advertised close to airport, it’s an hour drive. When arrived we waited in line over an hour and was repeatedly bothered by staff about switching hotels due to them overbooking. We asked many questions about the other resort armony and was told great things. We caved due to the crazy wait and over crowding. When arrived at other resort everything we were told was a lie. Armony is not a family resort, just because you have a kids menu doesn’t make you one. Nothing for kids to do the entertainment is a joke because there really isn’t any. There is one sit restaurant open a day or you get buffet and it’s the same two places just rotated every other day. The staff were rude, the rooms smelled bad, and the food was ok. They wanted to clean rooms after 4pm which is insane so we never got our room clean because with kids we ate early and were getting ready around the time they decided to show. I was told both places are a joke by another couple so either way we would have been screwed. I would mark this up as the biggest waste of money.

Habían cucarachas en los cuartos, recibí un mal servicio de expedia y el hotel no me pudo solucionar mi problema.

Excelente infraestructura, servicio excelente y la comida ni se diga, variedad y muy sabroso todo lo que probamos. Solo un detalle,al llegar te invitan a la venta de membresías,te ofrecen regalos para que asistas, cuando vas al recorrido y te ofrecen todos los beneficios,y una vez que dices que no la compraras,se vuelven muy necios y muy tercos, en especial un señor de avanzada edad que te ofrece al final casi un 75 % de descuento en dicha membresía la cual hace perder la credibilidad del negocio,al final se porto muy grosero que ni se despidió tratandonos muy mal. Pero en general estuvo excelente la estancia,una persona no define lo amables que fueron todos y el buen trato que recibimos aunque si nos hicieron perder mucho tiempo en dicha venta y no se diga el mal rato que pasamos.

Es uno de los mejores hoteles todo incluido en los que nos hemos hospedado. El servicio excelente, todos súper amables. Nos ayudaron a recuperar un celular que se nos extravió. Los shows divertidos. Un ambiente totalmente familiar

Beautiful hotel, good food (buffet). But crazy busy. specially pools ( kids pools as well,) with big kids. Hotel 98% for local people, with big families, kids makes too much noise, even after 11pm, Some staff speak english, but most of them not! Room clean, hotel and area very clean

First of all we had an amazing time. Four days and three nights was too short. The staff was very friendly and the food I had to say was pretty good for being inclusive. My bed was great with comfortable pillows. When we arrived in our room we had some welcoming goodies. The pizza was amazing… they had amazing shows and fiesta mexicana was great. We loved it.

The resort is suitable for kids. It’s family friendly and kid friendly.

We had an overall great experience. This resort is very family friendly and my kids enjoyed the pool area as much as accessing the beach with much ease. Staff and service was good for the most part with the exception of 1-2 staff who looked annoyed when ordering beverages.

El servi bar de la habitación no lo rellenan diario y tampoco dejas agua natural en la habitación. No todo el personal es amable

Excelente Hotel

We had the best time with our family at Marival. Our 9 and 6 year old thought it was a really fun place to visit. The multiple pools were great and the convenience of the beach being right there was perfect. Lots of great food options for the whole family and there was always something to do or see. Overall we really enjoyed our time at this resort and if you have kids it’s a great place to visit.

La comida deja mucho que desear para la categoría que anuncian del hotel. En cualquier hotel de menos calidad dan los.mismos platillos. El servicio de bufete casi todos. Los días fue rebasado y hubo ocasiones en que notanos ningún mesero de acercaba ni a retirar plática su ios. Mal y quiero aclarar que la ocupación era baja Calculo 50%

Es un hotel grande, en una excelente ubicación de playa. Tiene muchas actividades y albercas para todas las necesidades. Enrique de concierge nos ayudo muchísimo a asegurar que nuestra estancia fuera placentera. El servicio en general es bueno. El personal en restaurantes le falta ojo avisor para levantar platos sucios. El hotel es moderno y muy bonito. Lo remodelaron recientemente. Pero les falla la limpieza de areas publicas (vi muchos vasos y platos sucios a las 9 pm y a las 7 am). La comida es muy buena, pero los postres en general son insipidos. La habitacion es amplia y con un bonito balcon, pero no tienen crema hidratante entre sus amenidades. Su staff de animación es muy divertido, pero sus bares abren muy tarde (11 am) y no hay opciones para bebidas hidratantes durante la mañana. Además que el bar de la alberca principal no estaba listo a las 11 am este domingo. En conclusión le damos un 8.5 de calificación.
