직원이 친절함 깨끗함

위치 굿!!! 조용하고 식사 좋와요^^ 가성비대비 만족합니다!!!!

산타 마리아 노벨라역에서 가깝고 밤에 나가도 그리 위험하지않고 피렌체어디든지 걸어서 갈수있는위치여서 맘에 들었고 직원들도 비교적 친절하고 조식도 무난했습니다. 그런데 방에 조명이 어두워 좀 답답하더군요.방의조명이 환하면 더 좋을것같아요.

중정이 있는 방이라 전망 이라고는 찾아 볼 수 없고 모기가 있고 엘리베이터 기계 소음과 복도 잡음이 많이 들려 잠을 자기 힘들고 청결도 좋지 못 했음. 두번 다시는 가기 싫은 곳

역, 맛집과 가까운 위치도 매우 좋았고, 청결도나 친절도도 매우 만족함

위치는 참 좋은데...시설은 생각만큼 좋진 않았어요

우선 역에서는 걸어서 한 5~10분정도 걸리는데 캐리어 끌고가기 좋은길은 아니에요. 인도가 좁고 울퉁불퉁해서 조금 힘듭니다. 주변 거리는처음에는 밤에 약간 무서운 느낌이 들었지만 며칠 지나니 괜찮더라구요. 근처에 중국음식점도 맛있고 두오모 가기도 가까웠어요. 그리고 직원들이 정말 친절해요! 이름은 기억 안나지만 숏커트 헤어의 여직원분도 매우 친절하시고 긴머리에 안경쓴 여자분도 친절하셨습니다. 주변 맛집도 직접 전화 예약해 주시기도 하셨구요 ^^. 객실은 처음에는 좀 오래된 느낌의 방을 받았었는데 다음날 좋은방으로 업그레이드 해주셨어요. 일반 객실들은 조금 오래된 느낌의 방이에요. 창문이 나무 틀이라 조금 여닫기 힘들고 화장실이 조금 낡았더라구요.. 하지만 직원들이 친절해서 기분좋은 방문이었습니다.

Very nice rooms and breakfast area, and staff were all great. Overall great experience at the Hotel Atlantic Palace.

Værelsets gulv var meget koldt at gå på, og vi valgte at slukke aircondition for at prøve ikke at blive syge i løbet af natten. Toilettet løb konstant, så vi måtte lukke døren dertil for at sove

Very disappointed by our stay here as we were looking forward to this Accom. The staff (Simone) was great - very helpful and the location was brilliant. However that’s where the good parts of this hotel end. Sadly, there were construction works around the facade of the hotel and we could not open doors or windows in our room. The air con was turned off by management as it was too cold in florence. in spite asking for it to be turned back on - we were told that it was but it was not working; this was pretty sad as our room got incredibly warm in the night and claustrophobic as a result of the shut doors and windows. Worst part is the noise from the lift, which is relentless and throughout the day/night - i used earplugs all 3 nights. Would not recommend staying here if you are a light and early sleeper.

Hotel bien ubicado, a 5 minutos del centro histórico. El motor del ascensor es muy ruidoso y en las noches se siente. Si bien el hotel dice que es 4 estrellas, lo califico con 3 estrellas.

Although the property and the room are a bit cramped, it was perfect for a one night stay as we planned. It was at a walking distance from all the locations we wanted to visit in Florence. The staff were immensely helpful and welcoming, they helped with our late check-in, and guided us to the best places for food and drinks, while also accommodating our requests for the room.

The reception staff were not very friendly. They were rather dismissive when we checked in and when I asked for some guidance with dinner recommendations, etc. However, the lovely woman who was assisting guests at breakfast was lovely. She was cheerful and accommodating, making guests feel welcomed.

Hotel was clean, rep at check in was efficient & friendly, room access was difficult with travel up/ down stairs, construction at entrance did not make for a good first impression but the lobby was fine once inside

Really noisy between the road, the lift and the people above who were moving furniture late at night. One window also had no curtain or shutter so it was bright

Clean comfortable room (with AC), nice bathroom, elevator. Very attentive staff. Requires taxi or tram (5 min walk) to old city, shops, restaurants. Liked being outside of the chaos of Florence.
